This is the very first time I've dared to purchase a costume online, unfortunately, more likely than not I will not do it again. The least the company could have done after almost $100 dllr. purchase, is paid attention to detail, I RECEIVED THE WRONG MERCHANDISE! I ordered the Storm Trooper outfit and the staff sent me a Clone Trooper (my son was not so thrilled since that is not what he wanted). Needless to say it was two days before halloween and there was no way I was going to go through the hassle of trying to get Spirit to get me the right costume, nor did my local Spirit store have it in stock. I am definitely not doing business with Spirit online and possibly not even via their retail shop. I do not think anyone should pay this much to get a half decent product, more so, the WRONG product! :(:( :(
