Ordered this for my younger son, who is 5 years old. Size small fits him perfectly. No seams ripped or holes formed during his first wear at a Halloween party where there was much dancing, jumping, and running. We did not try the air bladder for the inflated belly, so I cannot speak to how that is comfort wise or anything else.

This costume is very cute. However, after reading all of the reviews about the size running large, I ordered strictly on the measurements given on the sizing chart rather than my children's clothing sizes. This was a BIG mistake. The costume arrived just in time, but ran small. If you have tall children, DEFINITELY order a size larger. The gloves are big, but the rest of my son's costume is too short and rides up on him. We cannot fit the inflatable belly underneath due to the sizing issue. It's too late to return it, and the size was really disappointing since my son loves to wear his costumes for dress up after Halloween. While I appreciated the quick service from this website, I am not that impressed with the quality of the fabric on the jumpsuit either. It's cuter than what they sell in stores around my home, but nowhere near as good as a homemade costume would have been.

Loved that the costume included everything needed to complete the look, including the hat, belly, gloves and mustache. The mustache is only good for 1 use though and we had planne on him wearing it for at least 3 seperate costume events. We got a large for my 8 yr old son, he's on the tall and thin side and it fits well. Its a little long but will allow room for the inflatable belly and for warmer clothes underneath should the weather turn cold. All in all a wonderful costume, couldn't be happier!
