I ordered this costume for my daughter, and should have checked to make sure all the pieces were there. I just opened it and the ears, gloves and boots are missing. All it included was the dress. Halloween is tomorrow and my daughter will not have a costume for her Halloween parade and party at school, and I have no idea if we will be able to get her a costume in time for trick-or-treating. Extremely upset and disappointed, and my daughter is bawling her eyes out because she was looking very forward to being Sonic this year.

when we received the costume (which was just what we ordered) they had 2 left gloves. I wrote to spirit and they sent out another costume right away at no cost to me! This was great, the price was great! I will recommend them to anyone!

Our costume ordered was received on time and in great condition. Purchased for my daughter who tried it on immediately & loved it - the fit, the look, everything. Spirit was the only store where we could find exactly what she was looking for!
