I ordered a child's medium Flash Zombie costume for my son 2 weeks before Halloween. I received it about 5 days later but Spirit did not send me a child's medium, I was sent an adult medium instead. As soon as I noticed this I called customer service right away to fix the issue. They apologized and said that they would send out the correct costume overnight to me. Since this seemed like an honest mistake, I was happy to be sent the costume. A couple of days later, I received the package and I couldn't believe that again they had sent me an adult medium Flash Zombie costume. At this point I was frustrated and didn't understand how Spirit could have made the same mistake twice!! With less than a week left before Halloween, I immediately called customer service again and complained that I had received the incorrect costume for the second time. They again apologized and didn't seem to know why this had happened again. I asked them if they could call the warehouse and tell them to be sure to send the correct costume this time. I was told that they do not have a direct number to contact their warehouse and the only way to contact them is via email. Then to top it off, she told me that the email is not checked very often. Are you serious!? How are they able to communicate efficiently with one another if they cannot speak directly with each other? Ridiculous!! With that being said, I had her re-order my costume for me (I also had her send an email to the warehouse) in hopes of receiving it this time. Third times a charm right? WRONG!! I received the costume 1 day before Halloween and guess what they sent me?...Go ahead, take a wild guess...ANOTHER ADULT MEDIUM, for the third time!! At this point I was completely irritated and upset. I called customer service right away and explained that for the third time, I was sent the wrong costume. To make matters worse, it was the day before Halloween! I was told that the reason why I kept receiving the wrong costume was because the website had not been updated and the size I had purchased was out of stock. Is that my problem that the employees in charge of updating the status online are slacking? NOPE!! I should have been notified the first time that this happened of the issue so that I would have had enough time to order something else. I requested to speak to a manager right away because this whole situation was ridiculous. Of course, there were no managers available to speak with me (how convenient) and the representative assured me that a manager would call me back. All that Spirit gave me was a refund for the costume, nothing more for the inconvenience. I had to scramble the night before Halloween to find a costume for my son because Spirit was incapable of getting a simple order right. It's been almost a week later and still no return call from a manager. I cannot believe that Spirit screwed up this much and had nothing more to offer me. Customer service should be informed of all product changes/out of stocks so that they can give appropriate service to their customers. Horrible experience! Never again will I spend my money with Spirit.

P.S If I could give zero stars, I totally would.

I ordered this costume for my 9 year old only to receive the ADULT costume. When I contacted them by email I was called and told that the child version of this costume DOES NOT exist. This is a manufacturer issue. This costume should be taken down all together. They are supposed to be sending me a link for a return label to return the incorrect costume.

DO NOT ORDER THIS COSTUME!

It was the right costume. Everything was better than expected. One MAJOR problem. I was sent the wrong size. I ordered a child's Medium, I was sent an Adults Medium.
