Runs very big, arms are abnormally long

Beware. This dress runs very big!! I originally ordered a medium to be safe and it is like a large or xlarge! I'm petite (5' 1") but not super thin anymore so I didn't get a small because didn't want it to be too tight. But it is SO big. The arms are abnormally long. And the shoulders are so wide that the dress doesn't stay on right. Also it is cut very low in the front so because it is so big it just hangs. The dress itself is cute and made fairly well ( doesn't seem like it would rip or anything) but because it is made sooo wide it doesn't fit properly
