Perfect for a Renaissance festival! The dress itself is soo comfortable. The crown has a headband back so you can just put a knot in it to make it tighter if you want, I did so it wouldn't slip down.

Amazing! Fits as expected and it is very comfortable. The crown is an elastic head band in the back that was too big so I just put a knot in the back so it would fit good. No issues and it was perfect for the Renassaince festival

The dress was looked great but I couldn't wear it. The sleeves were way too tight. I ordered a plus size because I heard they ran small and it was too small even though I normally wear a large. I returned it and am still waiting for my refund.

Fits well. I am 5'4" 115lbs. Size Medium worked well. A little roomy in the bust area and the shoulder material is a little scratchy.

This costume has beautiful, rich colors and comfy fabric except for the stiff mesh in the shoulders that helps the shoulder area to puff out. Thankfully I did a trial run the day before Halloween, because I discovered that my shoulders felt and looked SUNBURNED after 5 minutes of wearing it. It was quite uncomfortable and itchy there, so I added some fabric inside, to cover the mesh-netting stuff and then it was fine. Also glad for the trial run because the teardrop jewels on the crown (which is a 3-pronged elastic band, not 4 like in the picture) popped off after 5 minutes! Super glue fixed those. It's a really great costume otherwise, and it flatters even a chubby gal like me. I'm only 5'3" so needed a shoe with some height, but not much. I would buy this dress again even knowing its few issues! I received tons of compliments and felt feminine and pretty and CLASSY on Halloween instead of looking trashy like many of the other women did. If they covered the shoulder mesh and improved the crown slightly, I would give it a perfect rating, and I don't give those lightly. By all means, BUY THIS COSTUME, but do a trial run first to see if the sleeves, crown, and length work for you.

This dress had two holes in it when I took it out of the package. One in the front seam of the skirt and one along the side seam of the bodice. Terrible quality for the price. Would've sent it back if I would've had time to get something else.

I ordered a size Medium, hoping it would fit true to size, unlike other women's costumes I have purchased. It just arrived today, much faster than I had expected, only having taken two days to ship. I opened the box, and immediately noted that the material was soft, smooth, unblemished, and not at all satin-y.

Big plus. I hate satin in costumes, it makes them look cheap.

Put it on and it fits great. Accentuates my figure very nicely, although a bit long. (Keep in mind, I'm 5'3", but the length is perfect if not in flat shoes. Planned on wearing it with boots anyway.) Loose and comfortable, but at the same time form-fitting and nice on the eyes. BONUS: Not too sexualized that I cannot wear it to a children's Halloween party, or to other family-friendly events.

My ONLY complaint is that the shoulders are a BIT scratchy. Something that is *easily* fixed by simply putting on an undershirt or sewing on a bit of material near where it itches.

Overall, 9/10. I would definitely recommend this costume to anyone. Will purchase from this site again.

I was excited to get my costume in the mail, and it didn't disappoint. It looks fantastic, especially with a long, princess-y wig to pull the look together. It is a very pretty AND tasteful costume, good to wear if your workplace celebrates Halloween, and to Halloween parties (and Renaissance and Fairy fairs if you're into that sort of thing!)

From the other reviews, I was a bit worried this costume wouldn't fit properly because I have a slimmer body shape, but the small size is a great fit overall. I am about 5"6 and the costume is the perfect length.

The crown looks great in the front. It is held by an elastic band across the back,, but that can be easily hidden by your hair.

Here are the very few cons about the costume - nothing to gripe about.
> the small size was just *slightly* too large in the chest and waist for me
> the shoulder area has scratchy fabric that may irritate sensitive skin
> the neckline on the costume goes quite wide, so bra straps may be visible

Overall, I am so happy I purchased this. Well worth the price.

I just received this costume today and I haven't been able to stop telling people about it. I am a very curvy woman (40-35-45) and this dress is exceptionally flattering to my form (I went for the extra large). I see some shorter women had complaints about the length, but I'm 5'2 and it just reaches the floor. I can walk and dance very comfortably in this dress. The comments about the itchy material on the shoulders isn't an exaggeration, but it is easily remedied with a bit of cloth as a barrier. The crown is an elastic but the front is beautiful. No one can believe how little I paid for it! People will think you shelled out a lot more. It's subtle next to some of the other medieval costumes on here, but completely elegant.

I bought this costume for Halloween and am very satisfied. It is cut beautifully and really shows off the flattering curves of a woman's body without being crass. Plan to wear it more than once!

We like to do themed family Halloween costumes. This year my son is a dragon, and I was stressed about finding something to match him. Usually regular sized costumes are too small and plus size way too big. (I'm 5'8" and 185 lbs.) But this costume looks great on me, and it's not cheap flimsy fabric. I'm glad I found it at a local spirit halloween because the xl is a perfect fit. The shoulder area is scratchy, but it's livable. Can't wait to dress up this year!

Bought this for my Halloween costume and it's perfect! It fits amazing!!! Its super flattering for my body type and it the perfect length (I'm about 5'9 and curvy). As someone mentioned previously the shoulders are a little scratchy but it's not that bad. Defiantly happy with my purchase!

I loved this dress in the picture and it lived up to my expectations! I wore it for Halloween all night with no problems. The fact that it is spot clean only is a bit of a headache. The crown looked great, but was way to big and didn't stay together well. Other than that, it was fantastic!! I got a ton of compliments!
