Cashier left me standing there and waited on people even though I was there first. I had to go home and order my costume online because they only had one in the store that was incomplete. They wouldn't let me order and have it shipped to the store because I wanted to pay cash. I guess cash is obsolete? You really need to fix this and screen your employees next year.

I love it. I didn't think it was that short as the other review sait. I am 5'9" and it almost hit the ground. Lacked 2" . That great cause I don't want to be tripping over it

I went into the store to try this on as the reviews indicated the dress length was shorter than the picture. I am 5'4" and typically wear a size 8-10. I recommend going up a size. The Large fits perfectly and is very comfortable .The length is also perfect as the bottom of the dress hits just below the ankle. Since I plan to wear flat shoes, the outfit length works great.

This dress isn't true to size. I'm 5'6 usually wear a size 6 dress. I bought a medium (labeled for sizes 8-10) and the dress didn't even touch the floor, even without shoes. I will be exchanging this for something else as it's now too late to get a refund.

I love this costume! I got ordered the adult large and it fits perfectly. I usually wear a size 10 so this will fit a 10-12 size. It's quite well made for the price and the lacy sleees and hem add a nice sexy touch. The V neck is low but not too low so you could wear to work or school and not get kicked out! The costume is sexy in a vampish way. I didn't care for the "wings" or whatever that is on the back, but it's a separate piece and you can leave it off if you want to. I highly recommend this costume.

Comfortable to wear all night long. Large choice of accessories like wig, necklace, bracelets, and earrings to choose from. If weather too cold or going to a bon-fire, a cape will keep you warm and look absolutely great in place of the web. I am 5'7 and weigh 150 lbs and the x-large fit perfect.

This is a super cute costume but it only comes to about mid-calf not floor length as pictured (I am about 5'3", size 10/12)and I ordered a large. I am going to try and alter it to make it work because it is so cute otherwise. Very disappointing.

The only problem was that it was too short, but I knew it would be. I just added 3" of velvet around the waistline and that worked great. I'm 5'2" so this costume is for a short person. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the product.

I'm so glad I went into the store and tried on this costume. I'm 5'9", and the hem only hit mid-shin on me. To pull this look off, it absolutely has to drag on the ground.

Product info should include measurements. This would be most helpful to customers, and minimize returns.

I wasn't sure of sizing since S is 4-6 & M is 8-10 - I usually wear a 6-8 - so AGH!! had to buy both - expected S to be too small, but it fit perfectly. I am also only 5' & it was a blessing to have it fit lengthwise too!! That NEVER happens!! The professional look & quality blew people away. It's a beautiful design - the webbing was fantastic & I loved it

i bought this complete costume for a Halloween/food drive party the costume was a very awkward length coming in at the middle of my shins I am 5'6" tall I was however able to by the exact fabric to add to middle of the dress to make it work I do really like this costume it self but I will be more cautious when purchasing costumes next year if my friends shorter then me I may recommend this :)

This costume is almost exactly like the picture except that the length is too short. I ordered my size and it fit everywhere except the length. I am 5'7" and the dress came to my knees. If you are shorter, maybe around 5'2" or less as perhaps the model in the picture is, then by all means order this.
