The only complaint I have is the underskirt did not have an elastic waist and didn't fit well. We had to pin it into my daughter's leggins so it wouldn't fall down.

I don't know why other reviewers said this costume is poor quality-- it's just fine! It is the same quality as all other Halloween costumes, better than some I have had. The belt buckles are not made of paper. They are a thin plastic that I expect to last for many wears. I am 5'9" and 120lbs and got a medium. The dress fits great, and the scarf looks just like Jack Sparrow's. The petticoat is HUGE though. Two of me could fit it in. But it is very easily pinned and actually looks really cute doubled over to make a thicker skirt in the back. The boot covers are kind of silly, but I already have boots I plan on wearing instead. Overall, very cute and fun.

Belts were way to big for the size of dress. White under skirt was huge!

This costume was a real disappointment. The sizing was irregular and the buckles were made of paper, the overall look was poor quality and cheapness. I feel this costume was trying to capitalize on the Disney "Jack Sparrow" name and failed miserably. This item was over priced for the quality of the costume. I am sorely disappointed.
