Electroluminescent wire (EL Wire) and a power module which requires 2 AA batteries (not included)
- The glow is amazing and can be seen
under streetlights; the costume offers an on, off, fast blink and slow blink modes
- Special Note: to straighten
EL Wire Tubing, lay garment on a flat surface or place on a hanger.
Apply steam for a few seconds over the entire length of the vinyl
sleeve. While the vinyl sleeve is warm, straighten the sleeve to
achieve desired look.
