To apply water-activated makeup, add 2-3 drops of water to each color you will be using. Add more water, one drop at a time, if needed.

To apply jewels, first apply makeup; allow to dry completely. Carefully peel jewels off sheet and press into position on top of the makeup on your face. ues the adhesive sparingly to add the spikes for an edgy look.

Removal: Peel off jewels. Wash with mild soap, warm water an disposable paper towels.
