I'm a size 1 but since the other reviews all said it fits small I got the small/med. The top is gaping while the bottom is snug.The top part is so large that even if I bought straps (it does not come with them) it would still be gaping and loose. It is also sewn strangely to the bottom allowing wrinkles. You can see this in the picture but wouldn't exspect it to actually be sewn like that. The bottom skirt fits snug so I don't think going a size down would be comfortable. The material is also this weird plastic stuff. The way she holds the skirt in the picture leads you to believe it's more like a soft, flowy fabric but it is not. I'm really dissapointed and will be returning it.

I didn't end up wearing this costume due to it's irregular fit. It fit really great in the hips, however the waist/bust was very loose on me- which makes strapless difficult. Would be nice to have little straps with this costume! It is however great quality! I am hoping to have a seamstress take it in for me so I can wear it next year!

I bought this costume for a Halloween buck and doe it was a hit, everybody loved it. It is beautiful and flirty it's fits very well and is super comfortable. I have zero complaints.

The butterfly costume was so much fun to wear. Nobody else had it since this was an online only purchase and everyone thought it was a great costume. I'm 5'5", 100 lbs and ordered the XS. I did have to get in taken in around the bust area, but other than that, it fit perfectly everywhere else.

I am a size 2 and ordered the xs. It was extremely tight and the top did not have shoulder straps as pictured on the cover.

The costume looks just like the picture. It is good quality. Not flimsy. It is strapless, which you can't tell from the pic or description. It does run very small. If you are a size 8-10 order the large/xlarge, and it will still be a little snug. There is no adjustment for sizing-just has a back zipper.

Brought this for a costume party, the item arrived quickly (1week) and I'm overseas. Looks great and I'm excited to where it if I'm able to alter it, it's a bit too tight. Wish they had regular sizes (Medium, Large) versus Medium/Large.

Great costume but much smaller than the sizes given. If it says Woman's extra large for 150-170 lbs its more for a medium to large around 130 lbs.

This costume looks just like the picture, and the quality is fantastic for a halloween costume. The skirt isn't a flimsy fabric - its a thick plastic-like fabric that keeps its shape. It is a bit short, but theres nothing short shorts can't fix. The only con (that made this lose 1 star) is the fitting. I am a size 4 for dresses, and so I chose the S/M size, but the waist/hip area was rather tight. I am worried that the M/L size would be to big. Just be careful/consider the size. I find this costume quite unique because most butterfly costumes are very tacky.
