Superior customer service

About Me Classic
When I opened the mail-order box, I had received only a package, split along the sides so that the original costume must have been lying on the floor of some warehouse (how the person who packaged the empty bag in the box didn't notice, I'll never know). However, a quick email to customer service meant that a replacement order was set up that very night at no cost to me, and it arrived in very short order. Superb!

Decent costume, weird sizing

About Me Adventurous, Comfort-Oriented
The product itself is not bad, it held up to a 12 year old romping around an amusement park. The sizing is weird though. I bought an adult size for a 5'5", 130 lb. boy...as expected it was a tad large, everything but the "shoe covers"-those would not fit over his 10.5 mens shoes. Since they are attached to the pants, he had no choice but to wear the fake "boots" around his ankles. It looked funny, so if you care about that kind of thing, keep this in mind!!
