It wasn't easy to make friends in the small farm community where little Billy grew up. Everyone called him "strange" or "weird". He just wanted someone to play with. One Halloween, Billy fashioned his family's rotting scarecrow into the creepiest costume anyone had ever seen. All the neighborhood kids were in and Billy loved it. But eventually, the costume came off and he was alone and desperate for their attention. He began "harvesting" for his next costume. At first it was innocent, a lock of hair, a spare pair of dentures. Billy's costume grew more elaborate and diabolical. Stealing what he needed wasn't enough, so he borrowed the family thresher to speed things up. Now with a bountiful harvest, Billy's got enough body parts to scare the town to death!
