BOUGHT THIS FOR MY BABY FOR HER FIRST HALLOWEEN SHE IS 4MONS. ORIGINALLY WANTED SIZE 0-6MONS BUT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK PURCHASED 6-12 AND IT WAS A PERFECT FIT. IT ALL WORKED OUT BECAUSE THE SMALLER SIZE WOULDN'T HAVE WORKED IT SEEMS TO RUN SMALL.
