Sassy tutu

I ordered this sassy tutu for my granddaughter for part of her costume for Halloween. She can move in it easily and she also is an Irish dancer so when they have their Halloween competition, she can wear it to dance in. I liked the way it can be stored in a flat package and put away in a drawer or plastic container without taking up too much room. When you take it out of storage, you just shake it and you have your tutu!
