My tall and slender 9 year old picked this costume out and it is very nice for the price. The dress has a nice weight to it and is not see-thru to it so I'm okay with her wearing it to her private school Halloween party. Since we live in MD and Halloween weather can be cold, she will need to wear a long sleeved shirt underneath it, but it will still look great. Overall, a pretty cream (not white) and pink dress, but most importantly, a happy child!
