Im 5'6, 125lbs, and wear a size 26 in jeans. I ordered a medium and it fits just about perfectly! its slightly loose in the stomach area for me (which is fine), but the top is a little sheer. Id recommend either wearing a nude bra or some sort of high neck tank top under. Also, if you don't have small hands then the attached gloves will be a struggle to get on. Be noted that since this fabric isn't breathable, though its thin you'll be kept very warm in it. Also, be carful when putting the belt on because the velcro will snag the gloves.

My family decided to all be power rangers this Halloween , thankfully i bought my costume a size larger than what i normally wear. It was cute on however for the cost the construction of the costume should have been better,the built-in gloves section was very short and extremely narrow.

This is a very poorly made costume. I'm 5'5", about 130lbs, and wear a dress size 6 so I got a medium and it was on the verge of being too small. So, if in doubt, buy a size up. The neck and seems between the fingers ripped the moment I put it on. Now I can't return it or else I certainly would. The gloves are absolutely tiny and horribly made, if you have long fingernails, forget it. The stitching is not made with a thread that contains spandex so they just pop and rip apart instead of stretching. I mean, it's Spirit so I didn't really expect cosplay level quality, but... I would have liked to have had something not break the moment I put it on.
