Spirit Halloween is launching a Digital Registration System for fans who want to reserve their spot in line at Grand Opening! Registration is FREE and not required to attend the event, but highly recommended for anyone who wants to be one of the first guests in the store. General admission will still take place on-site.

SWAG BAGS
- 250 swag bags will be randomly awarded to registered attendees on-site at the check-in tent.
- PLUS: An additional 30 swag bags will be given away on-site.
DIGITAL REGISTRATION DETAILS
- Registration opens: Wednesday, July 8th at 10 PM EDT (That’s 7 PM PDT for our West Coast friends!).
- Download the Eventbrite app and search ‘Spirit Halloween Flagship Grand Opening’ or visit eventbrite.com to register.
- Registered fans will receive a QR code ticket for themselves and their party.
- 1 person can reserve up to 5 tickets per registration (That’s 5 tickets total including yourself!).
- Registration will close once 2,000 tickets have been claimed.
- Duplicate entries forfeit all eligibility. Each attendee may only register once using a valid email address. Any attempt to register multiple times, whether under the same or different email addresses, will result in the forfeiture of ALL SUBMISSIONS for that attendee. No exceptions.
- Please sign up for Registration ONLY if you (and all attendees in your party) can attend the event IN-PERSON.
- Tickets can only be scanned once for on-site validation and to collect your lanyard.
- Each person must show their lanyard upon entering the store. The number on the lanyard determines when you can get inside the store.
- Tickets and lanyards are not required to access the event.

AFTER REGISTRATION
- You will get a notification from Eventbrite via email confirming your registration.
- Following registration confirmation, your designated line group will be sent to you between Friday, July 10th – Monday, July 13th.
- Line spots will be assigned based on the time you registered and will be listed on your lanyard.
- You and members of your party will be assigned a group for entry.
- You must bring your Eventbrite ticket to receive your numbered lanyard and swag bag, if eligible.
ON-SITE EVENT & CHECK-IN DETAILS
- Registered attendees can go to the Registration Check-In Tent to line up and claim their lanyards no earlier than 7 AM.
- Registration check-in will begin at 7:30 AM
- Lanyards are distributed to registered attendees after they have their ticket scanned on-site by a Spirit Halloween associate.
- Line holding is NOT permitted.
- Attendees NOT registered for the event can line up at the General Admission tent to pick up a lanyard beginning no earlier than 8 AM.
- General admission lanyards start at number 2,001 and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You and your entire party must wait in line and be present to receive a general admission lanyard.
- Line holding is NOT permitted.
- This event begins at 8 AM with games, special prizes, entertainment, food, and beverages available for purchase from local vendors until the festivities conclude at 12 PM.
- On-site restrooms and hydration stations will be accessible for the duration of the event beginning at 7 AM.
- The event emcee will ask attendees to line up for entry at approximately 9:45 AM. Attendees will enter the Spirit Halloween flagship store based on their lanyard number after the official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 AM.
- If you do not have a lanyard, you are welcome to enter the store on a first-come, first-served basis after all participants with a lanyard have entered. The store will be open until 8 PM.
FREE ADMISSION, PARKING & EVENT MAP
The Flagship Grand Opening Event is FREE and open to the public. Parking will be available in designated areas. A detailed parking and event map is forthcoming.
NO CAMPING OR OVERNIGHT GUESTS PERMITTED
Due to safety concerns, camping at Harbor Square is strictly prohibited at any time before and after the event. The earliest time attendees are welcome to arrive on site is 7 AM EDT on Saturday, August 1, 2026, the morning of the event. Please plan accordingly. Overnight parking and camping are not permitted anywhere at Harbor Square.

How do I get into the store?
The store will officially open after the ribbon-cutting ceremony at approximately 10 AM and attendees will enter based on their lanyard number and then on a first-come, first-served basis after all lanyard holders have entered the store.
Will there be food and beverages?
Yes! Food will be available for purchase starting at 8 AM.
Hydration stations open starting at 7 AM.
Bathrooms?
Yes! Restrooms will be available for guests to use throughout the event duration starting at 7 AM.
Does this event happen if it rains?
Yes, this is a rain or shine event that happens indoors and outdoors.
Is there a place to wait inside before my lanyard number is called?
No, but an event tent will be available for comfort. We encourage attendees to dress appropriately for the summer weather and consider bringing sunscreen and sun-protective clothing. Hydration stations will also be on-site and you're welcome to bring a refillable water bottle.
Is camping allowed?
No, due to safety concerns, camping and overnight parking is prohibited at Harbor Square. This includes large campers, RVs, and vans.
Police and event security will be actively monitoring the event site, surrounding areas, and adjacent bike path before and during the event. Any individuals attempting to camp will be asked to leave the premises.
