Best Finishing Touch to a Zombie Costume
from Vero Beach, FL
About Me Classic
I bought this to make it look like a zombie bite. At first I was having a hard time getting it to stick but I think that was my fault by using too much adhesive. Once the glue dried it stayed on all night and everyone loved it.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me Conservative
The "wound" looks so real, it was awesome when it's first applied...After waiting the suggested 10 minutes, it just doesn't stick. It kept falling off and I was afraid to move. The gel blood made it look even more authentic, but it runs badly, getting everywhere. Fortunately, it does wash out of clothing. I had to remove it before the party even began, I couldn't host a party with it hanging off and "bleeding" everywhere.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Guest Services Response:We highly suggest cleaning the area you would like to apply the adhesive to before applying it. Doing so will make the adhesive stick better as there is a less chance of the skin being too oily for it to stick!

bought this a few years ago for a costume party. it was a huge hit. I was actually grossing people out with it since I blended in quite a bit of fake blood onto it and around it. Unfortunately I lost it during my move 2 years ago, so I bought a new one last year.

Worked and looked Great!
from Griswold, CT
I needed to use another applicator to get it to stick, but one it stuck it looked great. My mom couldn't even look at me. She said it was very realistic and gross.
The product was okay.

About Me Adventurous, Trendy
I thought the adhesive wound looked fun and cool, so I bought it to wear to a Zombie Crawl. When I attempted putting it on, the adhesive wouldn't keep the wound on my neck. It kept popping up around the edges. I ended up not using it because it caused a limit of movement when it was on. I could barely turn my head for fear of it coming off. Another thing I didn't necessaryily like is that the adhesive used to make it stick to your skin was too difficult to remove.

Not bad at all
About Me Adventurous
Looks nice, but the biggest issue we found with it was that the edges of it were fused to the back of the prostetic. This made putting it on all but impossible. Looks good, but was a real pain to get it in place and looking right.

I would buy this kit again
I am a nursing instructor and used this product for a triage class for demonstration of wound care. It was awesome, the students had allot of fun, and the kit was easy to use and very realistic looking.

Worked great, looked real.
from Fairhope, AL.
I used this two years ago for Halloween and it was great! It looks real, I even fooled an actual E.M.T.! The biggest con is that I had to tie a scarf around my neck while I was waiting for it to dry. Once it does dry it stays on quite well, almost too well! It's a bit hard to get off so have plenty of spirit glue remover on hand. I had to get into the shower to remove mine.
