Product arrived in time and we were excited for Halloween, until we opened it to reveal that one of the wings was made upside down on the costume. Customer service never responded to our email and unfortunately there was no time to order a replacement. We used it as was and had a good time anyway, the inflatable feature was really neat. It was just the disappointment of purchasing something that wasn't correctly made.

My son loves his baymax. Just wish instead of it saying one size, that it gave a kinda size guideline. But it fit him. Hopefully it will next year too.

We bought this costume last year. It was so fun and my son was so excited to be Baxmax! The fan worked great at first, but then it died even after replacing with brand new batteries! He wore it to a Halloween party for an hour, but it was deflated for most of the time. It was so sad he put it on Halloween night and the fan was broken. He had to go trick or treating in a deflated costume, at least he had the mask.

I bought this for a small 9 year old boy and the costume barley fits. He cannot use the attached gloves because his arms are to long. This fits my 5 year old girl perfect. Fan works good and fills the costume.
