Remove makeup with mild soap, warm water and paper towels. If makeup temporarily stains skin, do notrub. The stain will fade with gentle washing and disappear. 

Tattoo removal: Rub makeup remover over the tattoo and rub gently. Wash with mild soap and warm water and paper towels.
