Our creative teams have been working hard to plan the newest iteration of our in-store experience, and we’re thrilled to show you what they’ve been cooking up for our fans this year. So grab some cotton candy or popcorn and prepare for a truly haunting experience… because the Carnevil is in town!
What’s the Carnevil, you ask? It’s a terrifying, animatronic-filled carnival put together by your favorite Halloween experts! This detailed display takes the sights, sounds, and even smells of a classic carnival and blends them with the ultimate horror twist. With new animatronics, interactive elements, and plenty of easter eggs to find, this might just be our best in-store experience yet. Come and explore the Carnevil for yourself and join the horrifying Halloween fun!
WELCOME ENTRANCE
You can’t enter the Carnevil without walking under the famous Welcome to the Carnevil Sign (available online soon). Upon entering, you’ll greeted by the master of ceremonies, the Ringmaster. Use the interactive step-pad activator (available online soon) to bring him to life and watch as he attempts to steal your soul upon entry. The Ringmaster is also accompanied by one of our favorite slashers, Ghost Face. Be careful not to stand in a stabbing distance, or you might not make it inside! Look around closely; you may even see a familiar face from Spirit Halloween’s past animatronic lineup. Here’s a hint: He’s quite the hustler!
Spirit Fortunes Booth
As you move through the in-store experience, you’ll have the chance to interact with the all-seeing Turbulent Ball (available online soon), providing a glimpse into your future. Will you end up like Towering Tallulah, or suffer the same fate as the Dark Princess? Only time will tell. Be warned: Peering deep into your fate has driven some visitors insane!
Wheel of Fate
Take a spin…don’t be shy; everyone’s a winner at the Spirit Wheel of Fate! Here, you’ll be greeted by the extraterrestrial being Giant Death Ray and the haunted scarecrow Mack Straw.
Down the Duck
Try your luck and attempt to down the ducks with the Carnival Water Gun Animatronic Activator (available online soon). But there’s one catch…If you fail to complete the task, you’ll discover why Art the Clown (available online soon) and The Cremator are in charge of this classic carnival game. Don’t mistake the Sitting Scarecrow for a prize; he was just one of the many victims who tested their luck and failed at this twisted carnival game.

Spirit Funhouse of Terror
Upon reaching the Spirit Funhouse of Terror, you’ve only begun to scratch the surface of the many twists and turns the Carnevil has to offer. Enter the Funhouse doors, and you’ll instantly be in a new wicked and wacky world of mirrors and more. The scent of cotton candy permeates through the hall of mirrors as you navigate the haunted domain. Will you escape the Funhouse of Terror alive?
Ticket Booth
At the Carnevil, you can exchange parts of your soul for tickets with Wanda Webworth working the ticket booth. Use the Carnival Coin Machine Activator (available online soon) to bring her to life and tremble in fear as the neighboring Nibbles the Clown carefully watches your every move. Wonder where the familiar cotton candy smell is coming from? Well, it’s the famous cotton candy maker, Cotton Candy Dan. Have a taste and see if you can figure out his secret ingredient!
World Famous Sideshow
You won’t believe your eyes when you witness the Spirit Carnevil World Famous Sideshow! See your favorite unexpected couple come to life like never before with the all-new Victor Animatronic and Emily Animatronic. Inspired by the beloved couple from Corpse Bride, these animatronics feature interactive technology and can be connected to converse with one another. Watch the infamous puppet Bobby Strings come to life and taunt you with his various creepy phrases. How could we forget the talented Barnaby the Bear, who will impress as he skillfully balances himself on his rolling ball for your entertainment? Step too close, and you could be attacked by the Gray Jumping Spider, who lurks on the premises waiting for their next snack.
There’s one thing about the Spirit Carnevil that you must know. Those who don’t escape are bound to join this eclectic carnival crew! Spirit Halloween’s Carnevil is coming to a town near you. Get ready for a carnival experience like you’ve never seen before.
