Mixed results - maybe because my dog has longer hair?
Comments about Spirit Halloween Whippet White Pet Paint:
I think this would work great on a dog with short hair. My mutt is border collie ish and has that long, sleek hair. Pure black. I had to put a lot of coats on, which she tried to roll off every time. and it wore off when she played with other dogs. But I would buy it again, just feel better that I know what I'm getting. May talk to her groomer as well for some tips next year. She was "dressed" as a skunk. Actual costume are a no go for this one, so I thought paint would be perfect. She could feel it on her and tried to roll it off. I kept her from doing that until it dried, which didn't take too long.

Need more than you think
I have a black dog, so the white paint did not show up very well. I used an entire can & would have needed at least another whole can to achieve the look I was going for. We were trying to Paint a Skelton on him. It also had a strange smell that gave me a headache. It probably works great on a lighter colored dog.

About Me Adventurous
I'm painting my dog to look like Mr. Pickles. It sprays on well, but I might need to paint another coat to make it more white cuz she's all black.Overall, it works great. After a practice run with its, she looked like a completely different dog.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Cool new product, but not for all pets

About Me Fun Loving Dog Owner
I purchased Pet Paint to try on my dog for Halloween. Upon first use, the high pressure propellant made a loud noise that initially startled both me and the dog. Once he got accustom to the noise, the paint went on very easy, much like any spray paint, and dries quickly. The paint did not cover his brindle coat very well- this product is probably better suited for a solid color dog. The paint was easy to wash off with a wet towel.
