Huge disappointment. It had no packaging whatsoever and it can't be washed in a dishwasher?? That's a BIG thing to not note on the product page when it's a common drinking glass. Kinda feels deceitful.

Also, the shipping was the slowest I've ever experienced. :(

Overall, really bad experience. Won't be buying from this site again, or Spencer's. I'd rather stick to Amazon or other more reputable sites.

The first glass arrived with a chip in it. I emailed Spirit Halloween and they sent a replacement without hesitation. Thank you SH.

The fist glass sent was broken. It was replaced promptly the costumer service department was great. This too is a collector's item for me. The second glass was perfect. I love it. The price was excellent with using my Spirit Halloween coupon. I recommend the glass to any other die hard walking dead fan.

My mom had bought this cup for me, being a fan of the show. I used it once, and when it was washed, the decal started coming off. Needless to say, I'm upset I can't use it anymore. I'm afraid Daryl will wipe right off!

The glass for me is a collector's item for me it won't be used. The price was affordable. The art work and the way the glass is made is perfect. I love it and am very happy with it. I have nothing that I think isn't great about it. Every collector needs one.
