This costume is poorly made. It runs extremely small and my daughter is small for her age. I ordered this costume for my twin daughter whose sister is going to be Dorothy from the wizard of oz. When it arrived and I I opened the package my daughter was excited until we tried it. The sleeves and waist are small enough for a baby doll not even close to a size 2t. There was glitter everywhere. My daughter cried her eyes out! Do Not order this costume unless its for a Cabbage Patch!
