I got this as a Christmas gift back in 2013 and it was an excellent prop! It has poseable legs.
Back in mid April 2014, some of the fabric started coming off from the back sides of the spider. Then in mid August, the speaker suddenly went down and would make no sound. Even when we replaced the batteries. It would be really cool if this wasn't cheaply made. Dad-gumit! :( At least the eyes still glow bright red.

This Spider is relly cool! this year i will put this right next to the candy bowl.I wanted the jumping spider,but i am glad i got this one instead.

Always set up a Halloween display on the covered front porch...this added to the excitement in the spider area! :-)

This little spider is very cool, when it actually jumps. The hinges on the back tend to lock up as the spring doesn't get the opportunity to unlatch. I had to use a rotary tool to shave down the mid hinge to let it retract all of the way. works fine now!

I HATE spiders so why did I buy this? This little critter makes you jump even when you're expecting it. He has a great sound effect and the jumping action is swift and strong. The base, however, is too light so that when he jumps the entire thing topples over. Also, his motion sensor seems to be on the dull side and does not register movement a lot of times. Besides those two small exceptions, this is a great little animatronic and good jump off point for those wondering if animatronics are worth it. Buy it, you'll see that they are. I still hate spiders, too.

i love it because i scare my friends and family with it every single time! finally me and my zombie baby have a pet spider! He is better than the large one! (in my opinion).

Got this jumping spider for a halloween project. It is exactly what I wanted. Legs are bendable to any shape you want. The description and size were spot on. Even comes with batteries. It sits very well on a table top and makes everyone jump that has seen it.

The kids loved the full size spider, they will will be jumping once the get near this guy! It's worth every penny.

WOULD HAVE PUT IT ON A LEDGE THAT IT FIT ON, BUT IT FELL OFF. ON BIGGER SURFACE DID FINE. A HEAVIER BASE WOULD KEEP IT FROM TIPPING ON THE NARROWER LEDGE--MIGHT NEED TO ADD SOME WEIGHT IF WANT TO USE IT THAT WAY. EYES LIT UP, MADE NICE LOUD SOUND--WORKED GREAT OTHERWISE

used it as a prop with large spider web & large spider. Picture online made it look larger then it was. Several items stated that they could only be bought online. then I found them in the local store. So I paid for shipping when I did not have to.

This is the first Halloween decoration that I've ever purchased that actually succeeded at making ME jump! When tucked around a corner or entry way, this little spider never fails to scare the pants off of who ever crosses its path. The only problem is that the light sensor doesn't always detect people going by, but when it does... POW!! Instant terror!

This tabletop jumping spider is absolutely fantastic! I wanted to buy the bigger ones but was a little put off by the quite high price tags on them. Instead I bought this little one and so far am extremely happy with it. It has scared everyone who has come by my office and tried it out. Great prop all around. If the bigger ones work as well I would definitely recommend buying them but Spirit could you maybe lower the cost?

Scared my dogs pretty good! Can't wait to try it out on my sister and dad! (who by the way HATE spiders!!) Not a bad prop for the price. Must have for anyone looking for that element of surprise! This little guy will do the trick!!
