About Me I Love Halloween, Love To Look Horrible D
This latex was so much fun to use. It's still in great shape, even today (3 months after halloween). My girlfriend made a prosthetic gash for her throat. We used this also as a mouth for a friend. It was GRUESOME! I personally used this for the broken hand. It was so much fun that I ended up shaving and trying the latex masks you see on youtube fx channels. I can't say more than enough how fun this latex.

Waste of time and money
from Collegeville PA
I bought this product with the intention of making fake skin and scars. The product was far too runny for proper use. I suspect the product was old and from previous years even though I was assured by the people who worked at Spirit Halloween that it was not expired. Huge disappointment. Waste of almost $20. I'm returning the bottle and demanding a refund
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

About Me Adventurous, Conservative, Trendy
This liquid latex was easy to use. Adding some simple acrylic paint for coloring made it perfect for my project. The odor is initially strong, but dissipates over 10 min, then goes away completely after the product dries completely.
It's liquid latex, not much more to say. I used it to build up wounds for my zombie makeup and it worked great.

This product is great and easy to apply you can use it to make prosthetics and anything else you can think of for Halloween
About Me Halloween freak, Horror Freak
Liquid Latex is great to use when doing specialFX makeup. It makes it look more realistic. I use liquid latex A LOT! I would refrain from applying to areas with hair. This would hurt a lot when removing. Also this latex is the white latex. I suggest pouring a little on a plate and adding a little bit of your skin tone foundation to make the latex look more realistic.

You have to have this if you want to do your own fx makeups. Certain looks and seams require this to look flawless. My grandchildren love to be made up and I love to do it for them. It's not just for Halloween! Goes on nicely and easy to apply.

This worked as well as we had hoped, it held up all night, you just have to be patient about letting it dry.

I bought this as an experiment to make my own latex mask. Because it is not the industrial kind it made it very thin which was perfect. And i only used a 5th of a half pint bottle to make it.

About Me Special Effects Artists
I bought this big bottle at the spirit Halloween where I worked last year to use at the haunted house I worked at. However, the issue we had with it was it was clearly old from last season and was just overstocked and put out to reuse this season. It flaked off rather than stretching and peeling back like it should. It should NOT do that on application and I know spirit reuses items it had in overstock from the previous season on the floor to sell again (because like I said I worked there and stocked the shelves). Some of the other bottles had cracked lids so the seals were broken. If exposed to air, liquid latex hardens so that could have been the culprit as well. Age and air ruin the product, so just be warned and look how the product moves in the bottle before you buy the huge one. However, when you do have a proper bottle, I recommend this product to everyone! It's really simple to use and looks great. I'm a special effects artist and use this in many of my own makeups. It makes great wounds. When apply DO NOT use a brush it will stick and ruin your brush. Used a dried out baby wipe or an older sponge to apply. Personally I like to apply a generous amount then use a hair dryer to set the makeup. The two best methods are using cotton or toilet paper to build up the wound and then paint to hide the white from paper. Or for more advanced, you can dry the latex right on the skin then peel it back and stretch it to create a wound. I personally prefer the second method. It is also great for hiding the edges of prosthetics so you can use it for that. Bottom line is its easy to use even for people who don't do makeup, just make sure you check the bottle before you but it!
great to help mix up some good scares!

I bought this product last year. I used it on my face and neck to create wounds for a zombie costume. it was so easy to use. be sure to use an old brush. and be sure to take off properly because then it won't hurt. but great product. went fast last year, so don't think twice, just get it!

About Me Efficient, Renneisance Man, Universal
Great product, very useful. For professional FX makeup it has drawbacks. Can't change the color to match skin tones, it stinks and irritates eyes. It takes 10-20 min to use this for a realistic wound from scratch. With premade wounds, it is great. 3 layers, each dried, and then a wet layer w/ tissue paper, dried, and two more layers: then you have a rubber sheet of skin or trim out several appliances to use for cuts, pencil impailments, eye gouges etc.

Had great fun creating "wounds" for our hallowe'en costumes. Good quality, dries fast and clear. Have to use makeup over it, but I was prepared for that! Will buy again and again!

Just What I Needed
from Montgomery, AL
Did just what I needed. But you need to shave your arms/face/etc. where ever you put it. If you don't, it will NOT feel good coming off.
from Sask Canada
this has a lot of good uses for halloween costumes and cosplay. though the bottle i got had some of the latex dry on the bottle neck. so make sure the bottle you buy is sealed well.
