Dress is good fit and good material for a 9 year old. But the wig that came with it barely fit my 3 year old.
Not sure where the disconnect happened. Had to go out and buy an adult wig to go with the outfit.

Great costume - was an extremely good value and my daughter loved it. Better than expected - the quality was way better than I thought I'd get for the price.

My daughter loves the costume. I thought that the top was a little thin. The size was perfect . The wig a little tricky but fun.

The dress is cute but very thin so I got it larger then needed so we could put some extra clothes underneath. The wig was matted and covered with what looked like glue maybe to create a more chunky style but I combed it out to fluff it up and tried to make it more natural. All in all its a cute costume and my daughter was excited to see it. Hopefully it will hold up through all the Halloween events we have.

I bought this dress for my daughter for spirit week at school and for fun, because she loves the movie Inside Out and relates with Joy (she calls herself "Joy" after seeing the movie). I was really excited to see this costume, but the wig is NOTHING like pictured! It's very stiff (kind of expected that) but no amount of manipulation has mad it look anything like the picture or like the character of "Joy". It looks like I'm going to have to buy blue hair spray to make my daughter's hair somewhat resemble the look because the wig is disgusting and cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.
