The cat works 100 percent out of the box. He is my newest addition to my Creppy Cemetery 2015 build. He even scared my own cat when I tested him.

The jumping cat held up well during my Halloween display along with multiple other jumping creatures. I had it set up in a sort of lair so it would jump out when footpad activated. Nice effect! Note that this jumping action is very abrupt and might overly startle very young kids. This, like the jumping dog, has a little delay, which adds to the effect greatly.

We put this cat in a wheel barrow behind a short fence and waited for the trick-or-treaters. I love that it's eyes light up and it meows before it jumps! One person kept getting closer and closer to see where the sound was coming from then, POUNCE! Really great effect. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that it broke down after about 2 1/2 hours. The Spirit staff in Vista, CA were terrific and exchanged it no problem even though they were very busy.

I have set the Jumping Cat up on my front porch, the motion and sound activation work great... The cat is very loud and the lights are great.
It will be a great addition to my Jack o Lanterns on the front porch and will jump scare people quite easily!!
The only drawback is it needs weighted down to hold the cat in place because she jumps so hard, a 5 lb and 10 lb weight are not any too heavy to hold her in place.
Overall very pleased and a fun live action decoration!!
