Love!!! This Hocus Pocus and Halloween Town !!! Hopefully they keep bringing back old but ADORED movie items and I will be so broke spending it here. Love this item

My spoonrest arrived damaged; half the letters were gone. They are stickers that apparently scratch easily.
Customer Service did simply refund my money for the item online, which I was thankful for as there are no locations nearby for return/exchange, and they did not have a replacement in stock.
However, afterwards my husband decided to wash the spoonrest-- by hand, as the label indicates. ALL THE COLOR WAS GONE. The leftover writing, cauldron and broom were all gray from ONE WASH, NO USE. Really disappointed in the quality of this product. I hope the Hocus Pocus coffee mugs I ordered hold up better than this...
