I bought Helga at a spirits store . This Halloween 2012 ,will be her third year. I don't know what the prior review is talking about. She's durable if you treat her with care. This year I let my daughter put it together and she accidentally let the cord with the battery pack drop and in the process the motion stopped working. I detached Her head and was able to see that when the battery dropped one of the wires broke. I was able to attach it , and Helga is back to normal. She looks really good.

Don't let the battery drop. Her clothes comes with a pouch where you insert the battery pack to avoid any mishaps.

I was very pleased with this product. What you can expect: She has amazing details to her plastic (better than foam) face and hands. They have more contrast and realism that the white-washed photo shows. As expected, she had a caged body. I was originally worried about this, but it was sturdy and her dress draped over her humped back nicely. She was taller than expected (she's 5'6 w/o the hat-about 6'6 with). Another plus to me was the sensor wasn't too sensitive. That can be annoying. The tattered dress and the old wrinkled face with the simple touch of the dainty little bows (love them!), she's honestly the best witch I've seen ANYWHERE. You will be happy with this one!

We have 7 or so animatronics and this one is just cheap. I wanted some female characters and thought this would be perfect.The movement activation doesn't work; she says the sayings in a row once she starts.The bag with the little batteries, etc. was open and the stuff was all over[...]The hand movement is not smooth and I don't expect the noisy engine to last for long.
