A fun prop...but...

About Me Classic
Comments about Spirit Hanging Headless Bride Decoration:
I saw this prop online and purchased her, though, I wish I had just made her myself for less. Her body is flat, with no girth or bodice beneath the dress, so she will blow around if you put her in too open an area. I ended up using chicken wire to give her a little girth so she wouldn't drift or blow in the wind, and I used floral wire to secure the bodice I made to a lattice. Her hair was also the yarn style, not the synthetic hair that you would think by the picture. Regardless, I do like her. Her eyes flash and she giggles in a creepy, girlish pitch. I had no idea she laughed, which was a nice bonus not listed in the item description. She looks great in my yard, I hang her from a rose and vine covered lattice with white spotlights, tombstones, a fogger and a few of my custom built props. She has a girlish presence that works great with the lattice backdrop. I recommend using a coupon if you do purchase her.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me High-end Shopper
This was for my highly decorated front yard. Liked the looks and price of the item. First head would not shut off. It kept talking and flashing forever or until I turned it off.Was replaced within two days though Spirits amazing customer service dept. Talk about fast.....The new one works great. It does take some work to get her to look right though. The head is heavier then the arm can handle, so the head likes to tip down so you see the top of head and not the face.
Shocking is only the price

This prop is to flimsy to even hang without addtional support for the head. Sound is weak but the vibration mechanism is good!

I bought her this year to add to my graveyard. She's beautiful, I absolutely love her--however, she looks very different than in the picture. Her hair is more a yarn-style hair than what you would think on a mannequin head--she looks fine, but I wasn't expecting that based on the photo. Her body is also hollow, there's no stuffing or anything inside her dress. This can be ok, depending on how you use her...I have her hanging on a flower trellis, so she is just fine for me, but if I place her in a different spot next year, I might make a chicken wire frame for her waist to give her some weight and depth so she isn't blowing too much in the wind. The description doesn't note that she also has an awesome weeping effect...its great and creepy when you touch her! Her head also shakes. Those two effects made up for her having nothing stuffed in her dress.
The bride is about the height of an average size woman which is what we were looking for . However when we received it we found that her head is a bit small and difficult to pose so her head is up and facing forward. Other wise she's ok.
nice looking prop for the money

I really like the Hanging Headless Bride. The price is inexpensive for a life size prop. It doesn't have a body, but with dress hanging down you cannot tell. The rubber head vibrates and is nicely detailed, with glowing eyes and red hair. The sound effects are of a girl laughing. I have it hanging in my cemetary scene. It looks very ghostly hovering in the air.

it looks cool but the voice should have been a womans scream rather then a mans voice.
