Think big! This giant hairy spider decoration has a leg span of over four full feet - now that's scary! Beady red eyes, red stripes and posable legs make this a fantastic decoration for indoor or outdoor use. Beware the poison spider - weave a web of Halloween suspense with this giant spider indoors and out.

marked for indoor use only, but can still be used outdoors

I used this giant red hairy spider decoration as part of my Halloween decorations. Along with many other poseable spiders, it was used within artificial webbing outside of my house. I purchased the spider because I liked the fact that the leg joints were broken up with little spots of red hair. It's a good size, but a little more expensive than others. I was a little disappointed when I found that these spiders were for INDOOR USE ONLY… a fact that I may have missed on this website…, but I was still able to use them outdoors without them falling apart (even with this past year's light rain). The hair used on the legs was a little thicker than other brands, but that wasn't necessarily a problem for me.

I hang this product from my stair case, looks great! Very attractive design for a spider, like the red eyes and stripes. Great Halloween decoration!

Great value. Although it comes compactly packaged, the spider is big (but not too big) and not too heavy, yet sturdy. I affixed it over our front window, outdoors. It has held up well, despite wind and rain. It looks great with our spider webs (decorations, not nature!). What would I do different? Add some suction cups to the feet.

I have had this spider for at least 10 yrs. it has been outdoors every October. It's been through all types of weather and still looks great. It's hugh!! yet folds up for easy storage. I hung it from my Yew bushes til we moved and now it's crawling up my hugh white pine. It's the center piece of my Halloween decorations.
Great Halloween Decor

This spider took center stage on a balcony railing in the front of the house surrounded by 2 hanging spiderwebs. This is the first season it's been up but the colors stayed bright and the construction held up through some nasty weather. Looking forward to putting it up again next year.
worth every penny

pretty good as the large spiders go. comes with legs almost rolled up so quite compact. but because the legs are rolled up, it's harder to straighten fully where previously folded.

Just what we wanted!

Purchased this spider to replace our old latex giant tarantula that has not weathered well. It is exactly what I had been hoping for. Unlike our old spider which was quite heavy and had to be anchored to the roof so that it didn't pull down our web, this spider is light weight (less that a pound) and sits perfectly on the web without weighting it down at all! I tied a piece of black string around it's middle and to the web just to anchor her to the web in case of a strong wind. It looks real enough sitting in the web that I am sure a lot of people will get a good scare out of it since we have the web over our front door! I love this spider and will most surely buy a couple more to add to the web or around it for next year as well! I wish there was an option to add a photo of it in use!
