Good creepy value
Comments about Spirit Halloween Full Skull Outdoor Prop - Decorations:
Looked very creepy in a flower bed with a little extra dirt and leaves around the edges.

Good Halloween product
Very cool effect using this item along with others to create a graveyard. Only drawback was having to stuff them. Was reasonably priced.
There is a reason you can't see it in person before you buy

Skull ground breaker

Love it. Wish it was a little Cheaper but overall no problems. I had to stuff the head with plastic wrap tokeep it fluffy. And anchored all pieces to the ground with sewing pins.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We bought this a couple years back. It's held up pretty well to the elements (out in direct sun for 30+days each year). Was disappointed at purchase. It looks all puffy in the picture but it lays flat on the ground with little definition when it's on display. Stuffing it didn't work or look to good either. Hubby filled it with expanding spray foam and it looks just like the pic now.Very happy - AFTER- some homemade adjustments
This is too cool
This really made our grave yard scene complete!
from Western WA
This is one of those items that looks better in the catalog than it does in person. It's like a latex mask that you stuff and lay on the ground. Lame. Avoid this product.

Fun graveyard addition
By Spooky Mee-Maw
I ordered this specifically to go in my Halloween graveyard. I do a lot of outdoor decorating, and the scarier the better!Even though the parts will need to be stuffed, they will make a great addition to my theme. A little stuffing, a little moss, and it will work great for me.CAN'T WAIT TO SHOW IT OFF!

It comes as a flat, mask-like prop. It needs stuffing but looks good. Upon stuffing, it's a nice graveyard prop.
A Little Disappointed
from Ontario, Canada
Purchased for use in outdoor graveyard. Basically, very similar to a plastic face mask, which would have been a lot less expensive. Will have to stuff with something, anyway. Steel pegs for anchoring in the ground were not included.

It is what it is...
from Alpha, New Jersey
For what the prop is, it is innovative. A latex casted shell that stores away easy but as the caption reads... it is what it is. It will not hold it's shape as a stand alone item. When using this prop, I'd recommend stuffing it with soft foam or newspaper to hold it's shape. An inexpensive, small prop, but effective for quick decor.

Get what you pay for
By Mr James
Not at all what I expected from the picture. This is pretty much a latex mask and a not so good one at that. Had to stuff it and even then it just looks lame. Again it's cheap but you get what you pay for.

It seems more like a Halloween mask than a lawn decoration. I expected it to be sturdy & a bit heavier. We had to place it over a small flower pot in order to get it to not fall flat. I am also concerned that it might blow away when the wind gets heavier.
Scary and durable..
from South Portland, ME
Very cool except that it is sold as "full skull" which could mean full size ie life size or it could mean its a complete full skull, with depth. It was neither. But I still love it!
Creepy and different
from LA, CA
I like that this is rubber mask like material. Stuff with a little paper, put a bunch of dirt or graveyard grass and it looks very realistic. Even better, it is easy to store when it's over!

I live in a condo building with no outside yard. I used it in my bathtub. I bundled up a blanket and wrapped a white sheet around it to look a body. I stuffed the head and drapped the sheet around it (like you would wrap a new born infant) and had the hands poking out from the sheet. So it filled the bathtub and looked somewhat like somebody lying in a coffin. My guests screamed cause they didn't expect seeing it when walking in to use the restroom.
Not quite what I thought, but looks cool
I expected this to be a 3D hard "skeleton" type face, but it was made out of rubber type material. I had to stuff it with paper to make it protrude from the ground. It looked cool, but not quite what I was expecting. Depending on how it would be used depends on if I would recommend it to a friend or not.
The head is flat unless you fill it somehow with something to make it more lifelike. If you just put it on the ground it will not look like it does in the pic.

Just a mask without eye, nose or mouth holes? Needs to be stuffed, which leads to mis-shapen head. I guess it's easy to store, but thiere are better ways to spend [$]
Nice grave props for my plots!
Easy prop for graveyard
By Graveyard Queen
from C, Minnesota
I have 2 graveyards and I use this prop on my larger graveyard. It looks better with the head stuffed with newspaper and with a mini light shining on the grave scene with mist. This prop will keep for years and I can't wait till Halloween.
much bigger then I thought it would be I like it alot

Don't go by first impression
By Chrissy the hostess with the mostest
from Valrico, FL
At first I didn't care for it, but then I took it outside and stuffed it with moss so it would keep it's form and put it in my graveyard, it looked great after that and completely changed my opinion.

The head needs to be stuffed with something (paper, dirt, etc.) to keep it propped up. Gives excellent effect.
from Springfield V.A.
pretty basic rubber face and hands, I set this up in my graveyard but you have to fill the face inside so there is mass under the face so it wont collapse and cover the ends of the hands with dirt so it would stay in place. I bought this so I can have other faces or whatnot in the graveyard.
Scary ground breaker
from north bergen, NJ
Most scary item in my outdoor graveyard. Easy to use. Just need to stuff with newspaper to give the illusion of an actual dead guy coming out of ground.

I didn't expect this to be flexible - but that's my fault for skimming the description and reviews too quickly before I ordered. But who doesn't have 15,000 plastic bags lying around already? I put a few of those bags to good use and this guy looks great breaking ground in my front yard!

I'm using this product in a cemetary scene and it looks very good. You will need to fill with sand etc to keep shape. All and all good product for price.
