Item is great and is pretty loud. It moves and can scare people if they don't expect it. The only thing I did not like is the dress, it's really see thru.
This year she's fake, or is she?

About Me Adventurous, Holiday Lover
We always had a "actor" in our Haunted house play this role. She would be in a Nurse outfit with blood all of and chained to the wall. She would often stay so still with her head down no one could tell if she was real or fake till it was too late. This year I think our Mad doctor room will have one that is fake and one that is real. I can't wait!!!!

About Me Adventurous
This was the greatest CHRISTMAS Present my hubby has ever bought me (DONT judge) it's very easy to assemble and a blast to run!! We mounted her to an old pull up exercise bar and added a black light to boost the fright level and she was a immediate hit. People lined up to get pics with her!! I have several animated halloween toys but she is my absolute favorite!!! BEWARE of prematurely thinking that her batteries have died (if you chose not to run AC plug), by best friend for the fool scared out of her when "nurse Betsy" as we named her, decided to suddenly come back to life after being "dead" for over an hour!!! TOO FUNNY!!

Great conception, but motion failed on 2nd or 3rd try, sound dropped out shortly after; just motionless figure by time of party. Like many Halloween figures, clever, but electric apparatus shoddy.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
All that I need now is the zombie kid squatting on the floor chewing on an arm. It will look like one of the nurses arms. Very cool. I hope that it holds up good for a few years of Halloween parties.

About Me Trendy
Awesome prop! This was our replacement after we bought a Rosemary Zombie Girl prop that kept losing balance and falling to the floor. We bought a 2nd one which had the same problem. Finally, we bought this last year! Hasn't broken yet. It fit right into our haunt!
Great addition for our Haunted House

We are using the nurse in one of our main scenes in the Haunted House. She is a perfect addition to our room of gore.

Wonderfully done, but could be better

I love the prop. I use it alongside the First Aid Kit, both made by Tekky, and they make a lovely pair! The name is a bit misleading, as she isn't convulsing as much as she is softly seizing. This prop also needs good setting or else it feels out of place. Lastly, the base is a bit flawed. The adhesive can ruin surfaces and the metal base can stick out in the rear, making it look unreal. Overall, good!

I had her in the corner of a barn with walking dead haunted mansion drop around her hanging on the walls. I didn't think she would be great but ended up being one of my very favorites.....I like her....

Great addition to haunted house!

About Me Adventurous, Halloween Junkie
From the first time I saw her I KNEW I just had to have her for my haunted house. Every room of my house is a different theme and she was the star of my new dismemberment room. I love how great she looks with the strobe lights and the adjustable volume is a BIG plus. She was easy to assemble AND put back in her box.
gr8 very scary and loud

If you purchase this product I also recommend buying the first aid kit so you can attach the M.I.T. cable (included) to the nurse so the first aid kit can set off the nurse.
Love this prop.the motor is a bit loud but other than that looks great.the volume control is very helpful because her screams are quite loud if not using on halloween night or in a haunted house.you don't need her very loud at your party or just set up in your home.I also thinks she looks good with a black light or strobe. She is about 5 feet tall.Works well and has a creepy appearance.(f.y.i. She looks like she is a actor in a haunted house so If you are hosting a haunted attraction, bring her!)Must buy for any insane asylum fan like me :)

Used in the autopsy room of my haunted house. Received a lot of favorable comments about including the Zombie Nurse this year.

I spend thousands at Spirits every year and every year there is an issue w/ something. I bought the nurse and tested it. Worked great. Now a week before Halloween the sound stops working. Wothout the sounds all you can hear are the gears flopping back and fourth. Years prior bought Uncle Charlie clown. Sound stopped immediateley and the base broke due to poor metal nd welding of part. Michael Myers sound stopped on 2nd Halloween owned. Lurching vampire plastic gear broke making it just a vampire that doesn't move. An expensive one at that. Come on Spirits I love your store but every year your quality goes down and your prices go up.

Another one the doesnt work
from quad cities, IL
Im done with spirit halloween. This item stopped working the 2nd time i used it. My hoovering ghost stopped working 2 days before halloween last year and my tombstone lifter never worked. I'm done with tekky toys and spirit halloween. Ive spent alot of money on Spirtit Halloween and Tekky Toys. this year will be my last. I'm going to start buying at places I can returned my items to. Why am I buying from Spirit and then have to deal with tekky when things dont work?I bought from spirit, I should be dealing with spirit halloween.

This company took wonderful care of me! My first one arrived defective and they quickly replaced her. She looks best from mid to far distance with dim lighting. She has a volume control which will help overpower the sound of her motor. My favorite purchase this year!!!

Using this in a mad scientist lab with a strobe light
from S. Cal
This is a nice prop in the right setting. I plan to use it in a hospital room which I think would be the perfect effect. It could convulse a bit quicker, but with a strobe light on her, this is going to be a great prop. It's very unique and different then what is out there this year and I believe people are going to get a kick out of her Halloween night.
About Me Loves halloween
i got this for my birthday as well as the first aid kit, and it is great! its about 5.7 feet tall but life sized for a woman. very bloody, and the good thing is, a volume controll! i hope everyone likes this in my haunted house because i love it!
By Just me
Just a large bobble head not much to it. Like the nurse, a bit silent hill'ish and that's cool but just not as cool as it could have been...
Received this and first aid in tonight. Takes about 10 minutes to put together and the timing was right on. She is very freaky looking also. Quality is above average. Biggest con is that she doesn't so much convulse its more like flopping back and forth

About Me Conservative
Not very well made
Disturbing in a good way
from Yonkers, NY
I really like the Convulsing Nurse. The outfit has frayed edges and, though it isn't hard to assemble, it has a lot of pieces, but with the bucking motion and the soundtrack, she is very scary and she works on batteries as well as AC. I have the First Aid Box, but I feel the sound from the Box distracts from the excellent soundtrack of the Nurse, so I will use her on sensor. I read on Facebook that the First Aid Box will also activate John Doe, so I will try using it with him.

I ordered this for my son. He does a haunted house inside his house. Incredible on what he does. He loves this product so much. It is his favorite this year. He has a lot of big items. Loves them. Would reccommend this to anyone who loves items like this. Works really well. You have to use it with the first aid box which you buy separate. Well worth getting. :)
