Comments about Spirit Halloween Bleeding Zombie Head Bucket:
This arrived today and looks nothing like the picture!!! Looks worse quality then dollar store merchandise, not even the same color it's more like a cheap trick or treat pail, and it has a handle it's not for sitting on the counter and I would never put this out for guest.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I would buy it for $2.50
I was expecting to look like the picture on the website but it did not. The paint job on it was very sloppy. It's still kind of cool.

Sadly, actual item looks nothing like the model
By Jasper's mom
from Halifax, PA
I absolutely love the design & colors of this item. But when I received it, it was almost a monotone grey. The eyes were basically just a brush stroke of white paint with a black dot on top. The beige "skin" was charcoal gray. The blood was very dark. It was just too different from what was shown. If it could be made true to the model, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Image online is a lot better than what you receive

About Me Adventurous
The bucket I received was not near the quality of the image on the site. Also there is a carrying handle that is not shown in the image. This would be great for trick or treaters, but I was going to use this to give out candy. It kind of takes away from the head look.
Brains.....I mean Shrimp anyone?
By Anne, queen of Halloween Parties

This made a perfect holder for some perfectly placed boild shrimp with drizzled cocktail sauce for blood. Looked like an exposed brain! Would suggest this use for anyone that is not afraid to make some scary food items
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

While the product is not exactly what it looks like online, I made use of it for our annual Halloween bash.

About Me Adventurous, Zombiemaster
Normally I enjoy shopping @ Spirit Halloween's west end location in Edmonton (open year round). Most products I've purchased there have been fair to really good, so I took a chance with their online store since they did not have it in stock at the retail store and I'm not happy with the poor quality of this Zombie Buckethead, no serious care or attention to detail was put into the recreation on the picture up top.. not sure if i'll order online again.. Very Disappointed!!!
BLEEDING ZOMBIE HEAD BUCKET
WAS DAMAGED WHEN ARRIVED. NOSE WAS CRUSHED IN. SHIPPING WAS SO VERY VERY HIGH I DID NOT BOTHER IN GETTING IT REPLACED
It's a Bucket for Candy... :-)

Of course the online photo makes it look vivid and shiny when in actuality it's kind of dull BUT great for trick or treating!
Bleeding Zombie Head Bucket is a bust...

I am going to use this as a treat holder at my 7 year old son's birthday party. The picture was awesome, but in reality it was awful. The paint job was horrific. But seeing as I don't have many options, I am just going to repaint it and use it anyways. Also, the way it was shipped caused damage to the nose. Because it is made of cheap plastic, I just popped it back out which made the paint come off. But since I am repainting it, it is not such a big deal anyways. Very disappointing experience.
Not The Zombie Bucket Advertised
from Philly, PA
About Me Adventurous, Classic, Trendy
First off you do not get the Zombie Head bucket that is advertised on the Spirit website at all which is very disappointing, the paint job is poor and the quality is a bit on the generic side but it serves its purpose for holding candy during Halloween time, I wasn't thrilled with it when I got it because I thought that I would be getting the Zombie Head bucket that I saw on the website, boy was I let down with what I got in the mail, oh well I guess
It's a bucket, not a bowl.

Unfortunately, this item is not well represented in it's online photo or description. I should have read the other reviews prior to my purchase. However, I have the item & I will work with what I have. I purchased this Zombie Head 'Bowl' for a Zombie Theme Halloween party I am throwing this year. My plan was to fill the 'bowl' with salsa for chips & salsa. I was going to a mushy brains effect. However, this idea will be to be revised. This is NOT a bowl. It IS a candy bucket for trick-or-treating. It is duriable plastic & completely hollowed out inside. Another issue I have with this item is the paint quality. I very very poor paint job on this item. It seems rushed & no attention was paid to detail. The picture is much better.I would recommend this only if you're purchasing it for it's real purpose; a trick-or-treat bucket.
Bleeding Zombie Head Bowl
from Grand Prairie
This is a Candy Pail with a strap handle. the Picture makes it look like a heavy plastic bowl. The paint job was bad on mine.
Not As Pictured
from San Jose, CA
All around, this is a nice product. My only complaint is the fact that the picture doesn't quite match up. The picture makes it look like it's going to made out of ceramic or a thick plastic, but it's made out of thin plastic and doesn't look like the picture at all. In fact, I would bet that the one in the picture is not the same one they send out to their customers. It's made out of a cheap plastic, has a stupid bolted strap just above each ear (this is obviously meant as a trick or treating bucket and NOT a bowl as I initially thought) and the colors are more dingy and subdued than in the picture. If the picture had matched what I bought, I would have given this full stars, but I don't like it when a company tries to pull one over on me like this. I'll keep the bucket, but now I'm a bit wary from buying online and will only be purchasing in the store, where I can physically see my merchandise before I buy it.

About Me Midrange Shopper
Used it for a Walking Dead themed birthday party and it was perfect. Put wrapped snack items inside and then I used gummy worms like they were coming from inside his head. Definitely the perfect choice.

It is a bowl. But can be used as a bucket since it has a handle. I loved using it for my party table! Love it!

About Me High-end Shopper
This isn't a bowl, it's a bucket to trick or treat with as it has a handle like the pumpkin buckets. The nose was also caved in. It would be worthwhile if it was revamped and made into an actual serving dish/bowl to use at my annual party! I returned it! :o/

this is not a bowl......it's a bucket
I was hoping for a "bowl" but received a plastic bucket with a handle... it is a trick or treat bucket - very cheaply made. But i will make it work.

Picture Better Than Actual Product
from Lompoc, CA
This is not really a bowl. It is like those cheap .99 plastic buckets used by kids to carry candy. The photo looks waaaaay better than the actual product you will receive. Not worth the price.
