According to the tags, this romper is actually sleepwear. I bought it for a costume party. It's super comfortable. It's a tad on the short side for me (I'm 5ft 6in) so I will be wearing tights underneath. It's not skin tight and I find it very forgiving.
Overall I'm very pleased with this item.
