I hung this in my carport from the ceiling with bloody body parts and bloody sheets.
More realistic than the other handing heads. This is very detailed and well made.
Will hold up inside or outside

We are thrilled about this purchase. The design is incredible and made very durable. This was hung on our 4th fl apt balcony and it caught a lot of wind and still hung there strong!
