The Costume was awesome! The quality of the dress was fantastic and very nice to wear. If you want it to puff out like the picture you do need to buy a petticoat. I also bought red flats and the white ruffle socks.
The one bummer was the wind-up belt. As soon as you put it on, the pipe material "Wind-up" fell right over. The fabric was also ripping at parts, so I had to do some work on it which didn't take long and it ended up working out in the end!

It was a fun costume! Everyone tried to twist my belt thinking it could. (It couldn't) so by the end it was very flimsy and unusable, but that is okay.
