I can't even begin to explain how beautiful this costume is in person and it looks extremely authentic for a renaissance costume. It doesn't have that cheap material that all costumes seem to be made out of and it looks absolutely stunning. I wouldn't even hesitate to wear this to a renaissance festival because no one would be able to guess it was store bought. The fabrics extremely comfortable and the vibrant color is absolutely bewitching.

This costume is lovely. It fits great with the exception of the chest area. I will say that's the part of the outfit that definitely much bigger than necessary...but the alternative is too small, I'd much rather have too large. Besides that it fits great and feels very comfortable. I can't wait to wear it for halloween.

Let me first start by pointing out that at first, I was indeed a bit skeptical about the fit of this gorgeous costume. In the past with costumes, I've always had to order a size 3/4 due to a lot of costumes running way too small for plus size. However, that simply (and thankfully) was not the case with this costume. I generally wear between a 20 to 24 in regular clothes, depending on how they are made, and decided to take a chance based off size chart and order the 2x. (The size chart, by the way, is not 100% accurate, as my measurements were a little bigger for a supposed 2x, hence my inital skeptisim.) When my order finally arrived in mail, I immediately tried it on and was surprised at not only how well it fit, but also at how it had a little bit of room for comfort, but not too big. It hugged all the right areas the way it is supposed to, without being skin tight. Dress is beautifully figure-flattering and great for busty gals like me (46DDD/46" waist). This is a great investment for sure.
