You’ve been told time and time again not to go in the woods after dark; he’s the reason why. The Limb Ripper stalks the edges of the woods, weaving between twisted trees and fallen leaves, just waiting for the next lost traveler to cross his path. His glowing eyes will paralyze you, leaving you defenseless while he makes you his meal! This fearsome animatronic is out for blood. Will you be his next victim?

Comments about Spirit Halloween 6 Ft Limb Ripper Animatronics – Decorations:
My daughter loves werewolf's and the Limb Ripper is awesome! Love that it is life like and he is tall! His howls and growls are realistic as well. Def worth the money and he goes great with my other Werewolf props/decorations. All we did was change the clothes to some old clothes that we had to make him look even more realistic and we added some wet like blood to him to look like he always has done fresh kills. The only thing that I disliked about ours was that he arrived with a smushed snout due to him being poorly packed in his box. Hopefully we can heat it up and fix it somehow without ruining the electric lines in his head. I still would recommend this to anyone that loves werewolf's. He'll go great with your decorations and scenes.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Still the best Halloween animatronic I've purchased
By Wendy the Halloween Lover

I purchased this animatronic about 5 years ago, and it is still the highlight of my annual Halloween party. By far this has been my best purchase from Spirit, not to mention that he has held up this long. I recommend applying a shiny paint gloss to his teeth to make them stand out more. Other than that, I definitely recommend this for your next Halloween event.

Great prop all around
from Hamilton, Ohio
I bought this prop last year and definitely don't regret it. If you're looking for a prop that's not that difficult to assemble, has great detail, has great movement, and all around is a very realistic and scary Halloween prop, this is the prop for you.

The Limb Ripper was well worth bringing back for 2017. Great quality, movement, and detail! My only complaint is mine came with small deformations in the nails on his feet. I've seen a few on YouTube that aren't like mine, so maybe it's just mine? Aside from that, I would absolutely recommend him, and hopefully he will be fully restocked soon.
Buy it while you still can!

I got this as a birthday gift, and I am definitely not disappointed. The werewolf is quite large, his size makes up a lot of his intimidation factor. His face is very detailed, as are his legs and hands. As for the mechanics, excellent design, props like this one that are made by Seasonal Visions are quality and expected to last. He can be turned up quite loud, no complaints technically. Unfortunately, there were some cons. The legs are made out of latex, and inside one of the connecters to connect the legs to the thigh poles, there was a lot of stuffing that I had to remove with a screwdriver just so I could connect the lock pins. Also, the mechanism part of the Limb Ripper refused to connect to the leg poles, it's tight as can be, but I couldn't fit it as it should be fitted. However, I believe my issues are quite rare, as I don't hear about this happening to a lot of them, so I don't think that should ruin him for anyone wanting to purchase him. A few other minor complaints are that the blood is too bright to be realistic, on the hands the blood is dark red, and on the shirt it's bright red. Also, the limb ripper doesn't actually come with a latex limb that you're supposed to fit into his left or right hand. (Which I think should be included) Overall this prop is a 5 stars, he's amazing, and he'll always be an amazing part of my giant 22 animatronic collection!
it's a cool prop

First off, id like to say I hope spirit continues this trend of bringing one or more older animatronics back to stores. Limb Ripper has proven they will sell well.As for the werewolf himself, I love this animatronic, he is my all time favorite prop. He is constructed very well and will last you for years to come. The detail on him is amazing, and makes him great even as a static prop. His sound quality is also very loud and clear, and he has an infrared sensor that works great even in the dark. He is pricey, i'll admit it, but thats why there's 20% off coupons. If you have the chance to buy him, I highly encourage you to.
i love spirit halloween

Best prop of 2017
Limb ripper is the best Halloween decoration ever!!! He is so big and looks like a werewolf. The only problem is that its overpriced. Must use those 25% off coupons!

This is a GREAT prop!!! came complete and fast. It works great and is legitimately scary!
Sound Died After 2 Days
I really liked this werewolf. It is very tall, well detailed, and for once very well-constructed for the price. The frame is all metal, with metal connections. Even the motor is decent, with metal linkages. The legs are latex, hands are a hard, durable plastic. The head is plastic too, I think. Some hair was falling out, though not a lot. The IR sensor works quite well, even in the dark. Unfortunately, the sound on mine cut out completely just 2 days after putting him together. I had only tested him maybe half a dozen times, and then suddenly no sound.Everything else continued to work fine. I checked inside the the control box for loose wires, tested the speaker itself, and finally concluded that the potentiometer (volume control) must be faulty - something I didn't want to attempt to repair. So, reluctantly, I had to return the item. I really wanted to keep it, but the sound is necessary for this prop imo. Hopefully, this is not a common problem with this prop because it's very cool. If I can find another one, I will try my luck again.

I would give it five stars but I had some issues, My limb ripper's legs, paws, and claws were warped and torn. I am not sure if this was a mistake or if it was pure laziness because his legs showed no signs of rot or melting at all. I am going to return him to the Spirit Halloween store I got him from and get a new one just to get one with non warped legs.

I got this product one day early. I ordered it from the sprit website. Wonce he was set up I turned him on and all he did was turn side to side with no sound. How can I fix this or can I return this product to a store to get another one that actually works. Even though he has no sound, he is still pretty creepy. Please respond to me if I an r turn it.

One of spirits best props of all time

I just got this product when I went to the flagship store in egg harbor! He's the freakiest prop I have (and I have limb eating zombie boy and wacky mole clown). He has scared both of my parents, cousins, and grandparents. While I stil think pumpkin nester is my favorite prop that I own, he is the scariest. He really fits in to my haunted house and yard, and I can't wait for him to scare people when I have my halloween party! He is a special, scary, amazing prop! I would defiantly buy him by the end of the season before he's gone!

I purchased this one and I'm very happy with him! He is very good quality, Mostly Medal, very little foam, and some cloth. He is very detailed, especially up in the head. I also love how his eyes flicker while he moves. He is very scary even when you put a limb in his hand to complete the effect. He is a very cool prop and recommend him to anybody.

THIS PROP WAS HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST PROPS I HAVE SEEN IN AWHILE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH ALL OF SPIRIT'S DESIGNS AND QUALITY LAST SEASON. THE WEREWOLF WAS NOT FEATURED IN THE SNEAK PEAKS. I HAD NEVER SEEN IT DISPLAYED ANYWHERE OTHER THAN ON THE TUBE TRANSWORLD HALLOWEEN CONFERENCE VIDEOS. WHEN IT CAME AVAILABLE, I GRABBED IT.THE ANIMATRONICS WORKED WELL. THE WEREWOLF'S EYES LIGHT UP, IT HOWLS, IT'S HEAD MOVES SIDE TO SIDE, AND IT TIPS ITS HEAD BACK TO HOWL-SO COOL!!! IN ADDITION, HE LUNGES AT YOU. GOT TO LOVE IT! IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME IF IT'S MOUTH MOVED.IT IS VERY TALL-I BELIEVE OVER 6 FOOT. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT, IT WAS VERY SKINNY AND IT'S TOO SHORT PANTS SHOWED ITS LEGS WHICH ARE METAL STAKES. I PURCHASED A CENTURION COSTUME WITH HAIRY PANTS. THE PANTS HAD FOAM SIDES ON THEM TO MAKE THE HAIRY LEGS LOOK WIDER AND MASSIVE. I PUT THEM ON UNDER THE WEREWOLF'S FABRIC PANTS AND VIOLA! THEY CHANGED THE PROP TO TALL ,BUILT AND MASSIVE! THIS PROP WAS THE TALK OF MY TOWN!
The Limb Ripper was a great add !

I purchased the 6 Ft Limb Ripper 4-5 years ago and he still looks like new. We get comments on him every year. I was worried about spending the money on him but he has held up very well. I would recommend getting him to add to your Halloween display!

I have the original version of Limb Ripper from 2012. He is a great prop! I bought him in store back in 2012, and he still works perfectly with no issues. He is very tall as well, and measures about 6 ft. 2 in. His eyes glow and strobe in synchronization with his growls. His soundtrack is werewolf growls along with some howling. He moves from side to side in a twitching motion. His body also slightly shakes which gives a more realistic look. His detail is amazing. The fur looks great along with his face and the glossy realistic look to his mouth. He has blood stains all over his shirt, pants, and paws. He does not come with any limbs to hold, however, if you have an arm or leg, his left paw is in the position to hold a limb. His feet and legs are enormous and are made of latex foam, His head is made of hard plastic and fur, His clothes are made of fabric, His paws and arms are made of hard plastic and foam, and his inner frame is made of metal poles, wires, and motors. His setup is very simple and he takes about 15 minutes to assemble. In all, Limb Ripper is a great prop and I would recommend him to any fellow Halloween lover.
