This prop has received its sentence, now all you have to do is throw the switch. The Electrified Maniac with Electric Box Animated Decoration features a prisoner prop along with an electrocution box. Throw the switch on the box and watch the prop light-up, make creepy noises and perform shocking motions!

Halloween Prop with a Charge!
from Richmond, VA
Glad we added this Maniac to our Halloween collection. He was a huge hit at our Halloween party. The sound effects are great, the way the guy twitches and his head lights up under the bag over his head is awesome!
don't judge a book by its cover

Very cool and unique prop.......Sound is not perfect or loud but for the price of the prop, its a great value.

Great, fun prop. I place the electric box outside the basement door on a table and the maniac himself behind the door surrounding by black cloth and strobing white light. Via m.i.t cable, the electric box does it's thing when the button is pressed and counts down and then sets off the electrified maniac. Loud and fun, this is one of my fave props over last couple of years from Spirit.
Spooky & great

This is an amazing prop! If you are looking to buy him, go ahead and do so! This prop doesn't get any better, it has life-like movements along with an electric box that is very loud and screams for attention! Very nice, very nice.

I really like this prop. The only cons i have is that it has the same sound as deathrow.I was able to solve this problem by turning off the maniacs sound and let the electric box do the screaming. This prop goes very well with deathrow.I highly recommend this prop.

How Can I Top This Next Year?
By the Decorator

About Me Decorator, Party Coordinater
I purchased the the Electric Maniac along with a number of other animated Spirit Halloween figures to display/decorate at my workplace. We created a Haunted House with this guy at the exit. People absolutely loved him. He went off on cue, every time. His timing with the control box was perfect throughout the entire day. He scared many a coworker that day! I could not be happier with the performance of this piece. This was my 1st year with Spirit Halloween, but they definitely have a return customer with me (not to mention the coworkers who went & made purchases from Spirit Halloween later that same day.)I love the fact that Spirit Halloween supports local children's hospitals. They have the most comprehensive "How To" videos for putting together every animated figure they sell & their prices are competitive. This company, along with the products they sell, are top notch. I can't wait to see what they'll come up with next year!

I would say the only things I would change about this product are:1) the little clip thing that you have to stick into the cuff of the opposing arm is a right pain in the butt. Especially if you have bigger hands/fingers...trying to get that little thing in the hole was really annoying.2) The amount of time the box uses before the guy lights up is too much. They need to shorten what the box says to something like WARNING WARNING...and then light up. That would be way better. Also an added thing for the box...maybe something that says PUSH ME...otherwise people don't know to push the button to set the guy off.3) Lastly the motion/light sensor on the guy itself is really high. Most of the kids in my neighborhood are under 5 ft so they are not tall enough to set off the motion sensor.

What a great piece for Halloween!
from Boca Raton, FL
We have several Halloween animatronics set up in our screened-in patio and this stands out among the rest! He stands 6' and when darkness comes, watch out as this one provides the count-down and will easily scare friends and neighbors alike. What a great purchase and one I would definitely recommend!
from Cave Creek, AZ
This the 5th animated prop we have purchased so far and is tied as my favorite. It was easy to put together and works great! It's also a great value since it comes with the trigger box included. $140 after my 30% coupon! We also own the Lurching Vampire, Witch with Caldron, Talking Zombie Toddler, and Talking Prisoner in Chains.
Really Cool for your Haunted House
My wife and I really enjoy this purchase since it will add the scare to our Halloween decorations. Add a strobe light and it will create a cool effect that will make your house the top talker this year.

awesome product! very creepy! It comes with an AC adapter so you don't have to worry about dying batteries. another plus is the electric box which gives you the option to start it instead of the sensor. well done, Spirit!
