This bronze fence looks like the Gates of Hell, but is light enough to serve as a Halloween decoration for your home! Put one up in the yard or as a haunted house decoration, and enter if you dare...

Eliminate the "sticking in the ground " problem

Comments about Spirit Halloween 35 Inch Bronze Fence - Decorations:
I found an easy way to keep the fence supported without worrying about harming the decoration. Just go to your local home improvement store and buy a length of PVC gray pipe. Cut the pipe into 6 inch lengths and pound them into the ground with a hammer until they are flush with the ground. Insert the halloween fence decoration into the pipe, and everything works perfectly. When the holiday is over, simply pull out the PVC pipe pieces. Works like a charm!

Served it's purpose with no issues
from Peekskill, NY
Had 3 sets, created a broken border for graveyard in front. Staked them into ground with no issues. Will likely buy another few sets next season to create an unbroken border(These particular fences sold out much faster than other fences inside several Spirit Halloween stores around me).

It was very useful for the graveyard

great addition to our collection
I love this product. Not too pricey and looks great in our front yard cemetery. I did have some issues getting them into the ground since they are made from plastic, but they withstood my pounding with a hammer to get them in the ground and are pretty sturdy. I have not used additional support at all and they are still holding up great. Cant wait to purchase more to expand our cemetery for next year!

Great for graveyards
from Blackwood, NJ
I've had a couple of sets for years & I'm going to get another one this year. I line the edge of my driveway where my graveyard is set up. I put metal rods in the ground & use tie wraps to attach the fence, this helps improve the stability. They add a nice effect to the graveyard.
Doesn't Connect To Itself!
By Big Rico's Pizza Fan
from Anywhere, NC
I got this for carrying around with a costume before putting it outside our front door, and to my surprise the fence panels didn't connect to each other at all! The connections are there, but I would have to turn one panel the wrong way around to get it to connect properly. The feet are also VERY flimsy and some had snapped off already just sitting in the store. The color is good, but it does seem shorter than the promised 4 feet when put together (if I could, that is). All told, we're probably going to end up hanging these on a wall as decoration and taking it down for a costume prop when needed. It's just not strong enough for outdoor use, and it doesn't slot together anyway.

Permanent Lawn Decor
By SRQ Zombie
from Sarasota, FL
We use ours as a permanent decoration on our sidewalk/entry to the house. Being that it butts directly against the side of the concrete slabs, no extra support was necessary for our particular application. Those folks that will have it free-standing in the yard may want to consider small stakes for extra support.
Pretty good product needs supports
I own quite a bit of this fence, and have used it outdoors (1.5 weeks max) for probably the last 5+ years. It looks pretty good and isn't too expensive for the size - though it is going to be shorter than a real fence. Two issues: 1) plastic, so it is fairly flimsy and flexible and 2) plastic, so it doesn't go into the ground well and needs extra supports. I use some small rebar from the hardware store stuck into the ground, but you could use metal kitchen skewers or wooden posts to help it stand up (use black zip/cable-ties to attach it to the support). Once it's up, I use this fence to line the walkway through our yard with string lights draped along the top. Long-term, I've only had a couple of issues - the finials on the top (pointy bits) tend to come off or break, and last year some kid broke a piece crashing through the fence trying to get away from our laser vortex.
Keep it indoors

About Me High-end Shopper
This is a great looking fence HOWEVER it is not very sturdy or durable for outside use. Its rather flimsy which makes it difficult to put into the ground and falls over easily if there's wind. This is a GREAT prop for indoors but not so much outside.

Just what I was looking for!
from Bartlett, TN
Last year I had a sudden thought to build a graveyard in my front yard. A graveyard needs a fence around it. All the other fences I saw were either too small, wrong color, or just looked plain cheap. This one fit the bill exactly. I had never seen so many people either stopping to look at or slow down as they drove past. Halloween night I received numerous compliments from parents about my design. I think that without the fence, my graveyard would have had that "something is missing" look.
More than expected!

I've been looking for a spooky fence for sometime. Everything I came across was either too flimsy looking or just outright cheesy. Was pleased to see that this product met my needs- aesthetically and financially.
