Comments about Spirit Halloween 3 Ft Incinerator Animatronics - Decorations:
Bought this end of last season. Was super excited to open it this year. Looked manufacture taped up so imagine my surprise when I opened the box to find the screws and plastic pieces in some Disney Frozen sandwich bags. And yes you guessed correct -- this thing is broken and was either a return or floor model. They should NOT have sold it as new. Won't lower down. I am a long time Spirit customer - - have over 15 animatronics. Will NEVER buy from them again!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Good Product made cheaply
This is a very good product but made of plastic so will not last long. It looks great and works but is not very high quality.

one of my new favorite props ever!!
By Morris Manor
he is so awesome! I know he wasn't one of the bestsellers in 2015, but he should have been. He was my second favorite 2015 prop right after Cerberus. Mines lights on the inside don't stay on all the time (And I know they should) but it's okay. He's not the very best made prop of all time, but if you ask me, he's worth the price.
I would buy this product again
Excellent prop!!! Much fun and enjoyment.
SOUND and LIGHTS
The first incinerator we purchased did not have sound. The customer service at Spirit was excellent, and sent us a new one. It worked perfectly. It has sounds, light, and animatronics. We had a lot of fun scaring people with this!
Broken Product, Massive Let-Down
By Ken G

Needed a "Main Attraction" type decoration for my haunt. What I got was a main disappointment. Item arrived with the main control box, which is the heart of the device, not working. No audio, and on/off switch broken. Asked customer service for a new one; they were gracious enough to accommodate. The new one had audio, but a non-operational on/off switch. Had to hook and unhook each and every chord to turn it on or off (around 7 or so). Also, cherry on top: after 4 or 5 uses, it refused service. Would not function, or even light up properly. Decoration on a whole had a complicated and delicate set-up, just to be a total bust. Never been so disappointed by any product until now.
Guest Services Response:Thank you for taking the time to let us know about the issues that you experienced with this incinerator. We're sorry to hear that this prop did not work properly for you. We encourage you to reach out to our Animatronics Tech Team, led by Dr. Zombie, and they'll be happy to assist you with this prop. Thanks!

It's ok. Put it together today and there was no sound.I am a little disappointed. It did some are my daughter though...
Great for a quick scare!
We purchased The Incinerator prop this year (2016) and so far so good. He will definitely startle you if you aren't expecting it. He works and looks best with a fog machine hooked up to him. Did notice a little glitch that happened once he didn't pop up but the fog went off and when he finally came up with a bit of a delay his eye was not lit up, only saw it happen once and he's been working fine ever since. If plugged into a fog machine I will plug the fog machine in ahead of time so it can warm up. It runs all day and uses very little fog. My only advice is to prop the hose up a bit so it can drain, because the fog will fill the hose with liquid causing it to plug the hose going to the Incinerator and you will notice fog coming out from the fog machine but not the incinerator.

I LOVE THIS GUY! He is super scary and he is a perfect addition to my collection. My two problems I have with the prop is the fog itself, I don't want the smell of fog in my house so I put him outside. Problem with that is that the bottom of the animatronic is open, so the wind drags a lot of the fog out the bottom so less comes out at the top. My second problem is that when the zombie head comes back down it is a little noisy. Other then that I love this prop and I definitely would recommend him to someone looking for a fantastic prop.
I like it....

I saw this in a local Spirit store and I wanted one. I purchased one after Halloween last year and will use it this year. Put it together last night. Assembly was easier than I anticipated. I did have one problem... When the pop-up head was retracting, it would not fully go back in position and you could hear the gears making ratcheting noises. After examination I found the cardboard shoulders on the pop-up head, were blocking It from fully retracting. I cut out the center section of the cardboard shoulders and it works fine now. I would give this 5 stars, but due to this problem and how thin the plastic sides and top are, I can only give it 4 stars. I plan to use it in our evil scientist's laboratory.

I built this last evening, 8/18/16, and was a bit surprised at how delicate some of the pieces were. The platinum tube on the wooden base was put on backwards by the factory, so matching B to B was opposite, meaning his head was facing backwards. I had to unscrew the plastic tube from the wooden base and turn it 180 & rescrew it in so the head would now be facing forward. Other than this issue, the rest of the directions are pretty simple and easy to follow. After having the set up complete, I am now having issues with it clicking after the zombie head goes back down into place inside the incinerator. Not sure why it's doing this???

I got him from Christmas from 2015 one time the sound got out and now the sound is back on
AMAZING! BUY IT!
Use it to add to my collection! everything is good about it. nothing is bad about it
from Grand terrece, CA
Yes he stopped working because we put it out side. We want to try him with a try me bottom hope that will work.:(
Guest Services Response:Leaving this prop outside decrease its lifespan as it allows moisture to build up and short out the circuit box. We recommend storing this in a warm, dry area when not in use.

As a stand alone piece it wasn't very scary, but when placed into a boiler room scene, it was just what the room needed. Got people every time!

The incenerator was Great. Cost is a little high for the quality but it did its job and look real. Happy with it.

Enjoyed the video, bought this prop. We set it up, it is delicate with plastic top. We had to use a piece of duct tape to hold one of the screws in place on the back, unseen by the terrorized. I did like that the fogger coincided with the prop going off, that worked well. I would recommend this if u have somewhere safe to store it.

The Incinerator is a great prop. Very impressed. He works well, and looks great and realistic. My only concerns are that he has a complicated set-up, and the furnace itself (which is a soft plastic) is not the most durable. Other than that, I love this decoration. Especially the Fire light effect even when he is not going off. Once you plug him in, the lights start flickering. Very cool.

The Incinerator is awesome! He can take a footpad and try-me button (sold separately) and has a motion sensor that works great! The incinerator also has a timer for after a activation, so if you activate him once, he will wait about 15 seconds to be able to be activated again. He looks awesome in the dark and pops up fast! Great detail and is fairly sturdy. Wall's of the incinerator are made of a thin, but durable plastic, the zombie is made of hard plastic and the back of the zombie is a hard cardboard. Instructions were not clear, but the setup was not to complicated.
Better than I expected!!

This prop is awesome! I liked it better than I expected! The comments about the plastic incinerator aren't fair...it is what they say it is and still looks great! It was really easy to assemble. The first time it popped up it made me jump off the couch...exactly what I hoped for!!! I was bummed that one of the lid hinge connectors was missing from the box, but the store manager gave me another lid off a malfunctioning incinerator so now it's complete!

Out of the box it wouldn't work. I had to redo some connectors and do some soldering.

We are using this at the end of our front patio, we elevated it about 18" (concrete blocks, black sheet covering them) so that the "fire" inside can be seen more easily. Works perfectly. **Other reviews described the item as low quality, it is not, it is simply lightweight (which it has to be).

We decorate our garage every year for Halloween for neighbors to walk through and buy some new items each October to change the theme. This prop fits in perfectly with our 'haunted asylum' nestled in between 2 rooms. Easy assembly (my 14 yr old did it all) and works great. We're adding our own fog machine (which isn't included, but the prop comes with the necessary attachment fittings). It was pricey, but reasonable with the printable 20% off coupon.
