Easy Way to Fill Out Your Decoration Repertoire
Comments about Spirit Halloween 18 in Skull on Jaws with Two Hands Prop - Decorations:
I bought a few varieties of these guys to bury around my yard. I like them because they are easy to set up out there and they pack away very nicely, you can pack these up pretty tight and save a lot of space in the garage. Would definitely recommend!

I would buy this again.
I thought that the head and hands would have been molded to make it easier to stake to the ground but it is still a good product.

Mask needs SOMETHING to keep it looking like a head.
Mask needs SOMETHING to keep it looking like a head because it is really just a piece of a mask. Also, First order the item was not sent to me with the rest of my order.
Guest Services Response:Thanks for leaving your feedback on our 18in Skull on the Jaw with two hands prop. We're sorry to hear you found this item to be less than the quality our guests have come to expect. I would buy it again
I really like how this was a great rubbery product with good looks. But it must be placed over something in the yard like rocks. It was great with a low light shinning on it
Yes but wish product description let u know that pieces need
Well it essentially is a floppy latex mask and I had to purchase a cheap skull to fill it out. Also same with hands. But I made it work. I enhanced painting on eyes and nails. With proper lighting it looks great in front of tombstone.
Looks pretty good
Inside needs to be stuffed or draped over something -- especially the head -- since it's completely hollow inside. Looks pretty good in our yard, though.
My worst Halloween purchase. There's no way for it to look like the pic. It's all rubber and even when filled doesn't sit and position the way it does in pic.
Guest Services Response:We're sorry to hear that this prop would not sit for you the way it looks in the photo. We encourage you to reach out to our Guest Services team via live chat, and they will be happy to assist you with the arrangement of this skull and hands. Thanks for your feedback!

Inacurate image and not worth the floppy money
from Brewer, Maine
What a bummer. Expected a hard foam or polystyrene formed feature. Not. Floppy rubber. No way the head and right hand would ever be as true to form as shown in the picture. These three pieces are flat and floopy. Especially the head, which makes this item useless. Avoid it.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Filmsy and poorly painted.
from Los Angeles, CA
See the product photo? It looks great. Glance longingly at it, because you'll never own that. The product that carried is awful. It's like a thin rubber mask you'd wear on your head... with zero structure or support. So it won't stand up unless you stuff it with something.I suppose that's doable, but the second issue is the substandard paint job. It just looks awful, nothing like the wonderful paint in the product photo. Stay away from this piece of junk.
Stuff the head and it's good to go!

About Me Midrange Shopper
I see a lot of complaints on here. I don't know why. All you have to do, people, is stuff the head with newspaper--which takes about 4 seconds--and he's ready to go. I put him on my lawn with some leaves scattered around him to hide the tabs and he looks really creepy with the distant light from the porch hitting him. I'm going to put him out every year. He does a good job!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

About Me Budget Shopper
Looking at the photo advertised, I thought this was a more durable/hard/composite type item. Instead, it is a very soft rubberlike (could be used as a mask) material. It certainly doesn't belong in my Halloween Graveyard...Very, very disappointed!!!

Not a sculpture at all
By The Halloween Guy
I was expecting a solid head and hands to stick in the ground or at least on top of the ground. However, the pieces were too floppy and look/felt more like a cheap rubber mask.
Sorry I bought it
from Western WA
This is one of those items that looks better in the catalog than it does in person. It's like a latex mask that you stuff and lay on the ground. Lame. Avoid this product.
Didn't Like it

About Me High-end Shopper
This was very cheaply made. I expected something very durable. Will review at store for any similar items before I purchase anything one line from you again
as a Halloween display I am going to stuff his head and hang him on a fence

You have to stuff the head to keep it so it won't collapse, won't sit up straight, falls over.
from Enumclaw, WA
I like reading the comments on products. There is generally at complainer in the group of customersI too, was concerned with it's inability to support itself. However it is 100% latex which is why this is so. This gave me a chance to play Dr. Frankenstein and stuff a "brain" into the skull.Unfortunately?, it didn't come to life.Contrary to a complaint, we liked the hands. My wife sugested I place it (him) in our wood planter on the porch. Looked quite realistic!!
Looks really cool

Looks great but I wanted to "stake it in the ground" so it wouldn't blow away...we get big wind here.
The picture is better than the product

When this arrived I thought there was an error. This item looks nothing like the picture on the website. This item is a floppy, light plastic mask and two flat plastic pieces. I have tried stuffing it to make it stand up like in the picture, but it does not look right.
from los gatos, ca
This is not worth any price. It is shown as a prop that sits on the ground and seems to be crawing out of the ground. It is flimsy rubber like a halloween mask. Not worth it. We will put rocks or stuff it with newspaper to use it.
good for low price

Well Worth It

I've had this prop for 10+ years, and I still use it in our Halloween 'graveyard'. A few floral pins to hold to the ground and some bubble wrap for 'lifelike' filler under the hands/head. People walking by do a double-take! Very durable heavy-duty rubber withstands cold, snow, heat, whatever weather. Highly recommended for an inexpensive decoration.
Looks Great for the price.

I knew before I purchased this that I would have to stuff it for the proper look. next year i'm going to try some expandable foam for a more permanent solution to keeping the form. Looks Good though.
Not What I expected.

When I ordered this item, I thought it was going to look just like the picture; it's not. It is completely flat and doesn't stick up like in the picture. You have to stuff it with newspaper or something in order for it to be plumped up enough to be effective.
Good deco for price in low light!

I bought this as a replacement for one that I used for years and had become brittle after years of exposure to the elements.Well worth the money.

great Halloween decoration
Read the reviews and knew I would have to stabilize the head, but the cost to stuff the item so it can withstand the weather wasn't worth it after seeing the quality.

About Me Halloween Enthusiast
This is item looks great. The problem is the description to me, leads you to believe this is more of a free standing prop, when in truth it is simply a latex mask and hands. The latex is thick so it should last, but will need to be filled to keep it up. You will also want to buy small ground stakes to keep it from blowing away.
