How do I fix a broken animatronic?
Animatronics are complex! At Spirit Halloween, we have a dedicated team of professionals, the Zombie Tech Squad, who are available year-round to assist with animatronic setup, repair, troubleshooting, and part replacement.
The Zombie Tech Squad designs all animatronics with longevity in mind. They proudly stand behind the quality of their animatronics and offer skilled technical support to animatronic owners. Most Spirit Halloween animatronics are recommended for indoor use or protected outdoor areas, such as a covered porch. Some animatronics are outdoor-rated, meaning they are specifically designed and certified to withstand elements like rain and snow.

How do I set up my Spirit Halloween inflatable?
To set up your Spirit Halloween inflatable, place it on a flat area and fully unroll it. Then, plug in the built-in blower to inflate it. Use an extension cord if needed (not included). Once inflated, use the included stakes and tether lines to secure the decoration. Some of our smaller inflatables do not include tethers, as there's a stake loop attached to the product itself.
For more information, reach out to Guest Services or speak with an in-store associate.
Can Spirit Halloween inflatables get wet?
Our inflatable Halloween decorations are water-resistant and can withstand light rainfall. If you're anticipating a strong storm, consider putting the decoration into storage so it doesn't wear or become damaged by wind or other extreme weather conditions.
How do I light up my house for Halloween?
When it comes to making your home shine, finding the right lighting will depend on what kind of ambiance you're trying to achieve. For a subtle look, pathway markers and string lights provide a fun glow without going overboard - and if you're looking to have a little fun, Spirit Halloween offers both in fun styles and shapes like bats and spiders!
For a bolder look that's low-effort, spotlights and projectors are the way to go. Just stick them in and watch them shine! Black lights and strobe lights are great for maximum effect too, but with an eerie twist. Feel free to mix and match to find the lighting look that's right for you! However you decide to light your space, be sure to have fun with it.
How do I use a black light for Halloween?
Halloween black lights are just as simple to set up as any other kind of light. Stick it in the ground or mount it on your wall, then bask in that eerie glow! The trick to getting the most out of your black light is choosing one with your preferred wavelength and ensuring that the space you are decorating is as dark as possible to get the desired effect. Black lights pair best with glow-in-the-dark paint and decorations - combine the two for a Halloween display that pops!
