1. Apply a thin coat of white cream makeup with a wedge sponge to the face.
2. Using the corner of a wedge sponge, apply a light amount of grey makeup to the top center of the forehead, and along the cheekbones.
3. Fill the eyelid up to the brow, as well as a thin line under the eye, with black makeup.
4. Highlight the cheekbone area with the black makeup.
5. With a thin brush and the black makeup, draw jagged lines on the forehead and cheeks to make the face look fractured.
6. In a "U"shape on the tip of the nose, apply black makeup.
7. For the lips, apply several "teeth" shaped squares with white makeup and outline with a black crayon.
