Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program - Rules of Eligibility

Effective February 1, 2010, these Official Rules govern Spirit Halloween's Spirit of Children 10 for 10 fundraising program (the "Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program"). The Official Rules are located on Spirit Halloween's Website, SpiritHalloween.com. Spirit Halloween reserves the right to make changes to these Official Rules at any time and to cancel the Program at any time. Please check SpiritHalloween.com from time to time to ensure you are aware of any updates or changes. Your participation in Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program indicates acceptance of these Official Rules and your agreement to comply with the Official Rules.

Eligibility
The Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program is open to the first 200 qualified not for profit accredited organizations which have a Child Life department. The organization must be a charitable organization qualified under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The hospital & organization must be located in the United States.

Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program Overview
The Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program allows your organization to earn cash by making purchases within the specified timeframe using a discount code unique to your hospital. Total purchase, not including taxes or shipping, at Spirit Halloween stores or Spirithalloween.com will be discounted by 10% with coupon. In addition, 10% of all sales, up to the maximum fundraising amount set forth below, made with the unique coupon code will be given back to the enrolled organization in the form of a lump cash payment.

Maximum Fundraising Amount
Each eligible organization participating in the Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program may earn up to, but not exceed, $5,000 cash per year (Store Open to October 23, 2011).

Payments
Checks will be made payable only to qualified non-profit organizations enrolled in the Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program. Checks can be made payable to a hospital or foundation, if previously specified. Payments made to organizations are not tax-deductible by organizations, hospitals, participants or purchasers. Payments will be made once each year, on or before December 31, 2011. Payments will be made in the full amount owed to the enrolled eligible organization and cannot be broken into multiple payments.

Redemptions and Program Deadline
To redeem Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program coupons, complete the online enrollment form at SpiritHalloween.com. Enrollment must take place no later than October 9, 2011. All enrollments are subject to verification and approval.. Completion of the enrollment form does not guarantee participation in the Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program. Only the first 200 qualifying organizations are eligible to enroll. Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program coupons must be redeemed on or before October 23, 2011. Coupon Redemption Guidelines Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program coupons that have been defaced, mutilated, forged or in any way altered will not be accepted. Coupon may be photocopied and reprinted for distribution purposes. Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program coupon must be surrendered at time of purchase. Coupons are not applicable on prior purchases. Limit one coupon per transaction. Coupon discount does not apply to taxes or shipping. If merchandise is returned, the coupon discount will be deducted from the items prior to a refund/credit being issued. Coupons cannot be combined with any other promotional offer nor can it be applied to previous purchases or gift card purchase. Coupon expires on October 23, 2011. Notwithstanding the total amount of coupons redeemed, the maximum donation amount to a qualifying organization shall be $5,000. Coupon has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Spirit Halloween reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.

Expired Coupons
Expired coupons are considered void and will not be honored. Payments to Non-Profit Organizations Payments to not for profit organizations resulting from eligible Spirit of Children 10 for 10 Program coupon redemption will be made once on or before December 31, 2011. The payment will reflect confirmed earnings from eligible purchases made between Store Open and October 23, 2011. Hospitals can earn a maximum of $5,000. Allow two to four weeks for checks to arrive.

Shipping and Handling Costs
Sales taxes, shipping costs, gift certificates, packaging or handling fees, gift-wrapping services, governmental fees, and certain other charges may not be included in the calculation of the donation amount.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Hospital donations are subject to adjustment if for purchased items that are returned, cancelled or a refund is provided to the purchaser by Spirit Halloween.
