For the price, this was a great costume! I wore it to hand out candy and received several compliments from little girls! I wore it to work and had a great time. It did run a little small in the top, but nothing I couldnt deal with. I had an internet order return for my daughter and took it to a Spirit store. They were VERY nice and helpful. I'll be back next year!

I bought this costume for halloween! It was awesome! The only downfall was that the first time I tried it on the zipper snapped right off and I didnt have time to get it fixed before halloween so I had to safety pin the whole back of it! I'm quite dissappointed that that happened.

My daughter received quite a few compliments. Due to the poor quality of the zipper and to fit forming of the torso, it didn't mix well. The zipper had no stop to it so we had to sew the same day as delivered. Overall I think with as pricey as it was, I wouldn't buy this particular item again.

I bought this costume last year and found you needed to buy it in a larger size than you'd purchase normally as the fit was very tight and the zipper was broken. All the other dresses in the sizes I needed all had zipper issues or had rips near the zipper area. Besides the skirt being long, I did love the dress, but all the issues with construction of the dress just made it disappointing. Again this year I see the same dress and 3 of them have been marked down due to, zipper issues or rips.

Horrible quality! The zipper very quickly broke. I can't imagine this making it through a whole night without completely falling apart. The sizing is WAY off. There are much nicer, better quality costumes available.

i bought this costume at the store in the womens section and im only 13. so... it is a little smaller then said but it is great for parties and scaring people. it does come with a different tiara but the outfit is still amazing. it is a little lenghy for a dress, but that might just be me. this costume is very comphy and i dont think has poor quality at all. I LOVE IT!!!! it is exactly what was expected.

About a foot and a half too long for the average height female. I was disapointed because the zipper was broken on arrival. I will have to send it back :(

My mom actually got this costume about two or three years ago from a Spirit store. We were having a costume party and the theme was... Sweeney Todd! My mom actually used this as a Mrs Lovett costume and it was just brilliant. Keep in mind this was before an official Mrs Lovett costume was out, and it worked perfectly. It isn't the best of quality however, and my mom actually tripped and scraped her knee in it. Later she noticed holes already starting to form where seams were ripping.

I used it about a year or two later for a costume thing at school. We sewed up the holes and it was great. Love this costume.

I really loved this costume!! I had so many compliments and I was so excited about it the ms moment I tried it on in the store. The fabric is silky so it feels nice. I does rip pretty easily though, but that is fixed with a quick sewing job. I am thinking about wearing it agian this year.

i loved this i weared it last Halloween and it was good the only thing that i wasn't happy about was it was long and sort of hard to walk in so u had to pick up the dress while walking it would have been better if it was shorter

I LOVED THE COSTUME BUT I HAD TO RETURN IT,IT DID NOT FIT. THEY HAD NO LARGER SIZES SO I HAD TO GET SOME THING ELSE. I GOT ALICE IN WONDERLAND , I WORE IT TO WORK AND IT STARTED TO FALL APART. I AM VERY DISATISFIED, I WASTED [$] ON SOMETHING I WILL NEVER WEAR AGAIN.

I really liked the look of this costume, it was very different and I received a lot of compliments on it....The material was very flimsy and zipper didnt stay up causing the dress to fall off on the top. Sizing was WAY off....I am normally a size 4 and am 5'8".....a medium didnt fit (too small on top and I am not "stacked" up there). The length was also really long - I had 3 inch heels on and still kept tripping on the bottom when I walked up or down stairs.

just purchased today and absolutely fell in love with it. i am normally a size medium but luckily i went to the store instead of buying online. the size medium did not fit cause my chest was too big haha so i would reccomend a size bigger. IT TEARS EASILY. i have not torn this one yet but the one at the store was torn twice and the zipper was totally broken. other than that it is beautiful! i am pretty curvy so i was glad that it fit like it did. beautiful and scary at the same time. if you are going to buy it go to a store and try it on!!!

This costume was of cheap and nasty material, the top part of the costume was small, however the bottom part was extremely large. Not at all flattering, item returned!

OK< I read reviews on other sites for this dress and they all pretty much said it sucked and came aprt at the seams almost instantly. It was really the only dress I found that was right for my costume base so I went for it anyway. (Hubby is being a Gargoyle so I am being his Gargoyle Bride)I'm not using the crown or sash and am having Gargoyle horns etc...but I will say the crown is pretty lame and is NOT the one pictured on the package. Most of all it really is a super low quality dress. The fabric is super thin, so be prepared to bundle up under neath as it's thinner than a satin nightie. Also the gray fabric that hangs off everywhere does not have finished edges and is fraying, so it won't be around for years to come if you rotate costumes. Also it looks pretty cool from the front, but the back only has 1 single strip of the hanging fabric and is not as cool as the front. The worst thing really is that the seams do quickky come apart! I have tried it on once and after looking at it I can see the seams separating already, so if worn as is I can see how they will totally split and show to the skin. Wich would be hugely tacky and embarrassing! I sew so I plan to go over all the seams to reinforce them and it's not a huge deal for me, but if I wasn't able to do and didn't know to check it ahead of time I would be hugely upset on Halloween! [...]but still for the money there are definately better costumes you can get that are made a little better. I was pretty shocked at how poor the quality of this one was....I know these days all costumes are over priced and cheaply made but this one tkes the cake of all my experience! I will say if you are able to go over and reinforce the seams then it's a very cute dress, you can also wear the sleeves off the shoulder which looks even better. I will note too that it seems to be very long. I would recommend buying a size bigger than you wear to eleviate pressure on the seams. I am 5' 6" and 135 lbs and I got the Large it fits me snug but not too tight, but I was tripping on it trying to walk with just my sneakers on, I hope that wearing heels will fix that. All in all it's cute but bad quality so use your judgement and decide, I simply had to have the dress! It was the only one I found that looked the part for my costume. Good Luck!
