I ordered this in a 8 since I normally wear a 7 or 7 1/2. It still ran small. I'm tiny and it took an act of God to get it zipped over my calf. I ended up returning it in the store, which was not easy btw-apparently even store managers don't know how to handle in store returns of online products.
